The representative offered…read morea replacement for the same but then also offered a furbished 9th generation iPad with 256gb(more storage than what my daughter originally had) for a little bit more in cost than if I had replaced the iPad like-for-like. I opted for the refurbished option Johnny was very polite and I appreciated all the staffs thoroughness and professionalism. Unfortunately, they had to re-order the refurbished device twice from their vendor-- as the first 2 devices had errors/tested for a bad battery which prolonged the lead time, but was worth the wait! Once the device was in and tested to be in proper working order, Johnny helped me transfer all the data from the damaged iPad onto the new refurbished iPad. They are very honest and I would comeback here again should any of my devices break again, much closer than the Apple Store!

He took about 10 (very efficient) minutes to do the job. I could see no flaw in the application, but Eddie was not satisfied. He made an extraordinary gesture of great personal/business contact. The store does not offer refunds, and they are unable to fix the quality. I would like to receive a partial refund at least or I'm going to move forward with a dispute for defective service.
