All that I wanted to do was revive the machine. The repair technician Valerie confirmed my analysis. As the machine had two RAM chips, one 8 GB, the other 4 GB, she suggested that it might be possible to revive the machine if the 4 GB chip was defective. Simply taking it out would leave an 7 GB RAM chip which was sufficient for the machine to run. So she took it out, we rebooted the machine, and to my pleasant surprise it worked. As I plan to buy a new PC immediately, the 8 GB RAM chip will suffice for my needs. Valarie saved me the ~$125 cost of a new 16 GB RAM chip. She refused to accept any payment for her work.

I walked pass this kiosk and noticed the screen showing a phone being hammered powerfully and the screen didn't break. I asked about the screen protector and was told it was tempered glass. Long story short, got it installed in under 5 min. And dropped it screen first walking through the mall and NOT a sinhle scratch! read more

I opted for the refurbished option Johnny was very polite and I appreciated all the staffs thoroughness and professionalism. Unfortunately, they had to re-order the refurbished device twice from their vendor-- as the first 2 devices had errors/tested for a bad battery which prolonged the lead time, but was worth the wait! Once the device was in and tested to be in proper working order, Johnny helped me transfer all the data from the damaged iPad onto the new refurbished iPad. They are very honest and I would comeback here again should any of my devices break again, much closer than the Apple Store!
