I really am grateful for this place. I send a lot of packages to my family. This place is right around the corner. It's SUPER convenient. They offer UPS, FedEx, and USPS rates. You can come there with just the item your sending and she provides the boxes, envelopes, and tape (for a price). I feel like the post office is so busy and people are rushing you along and this place is a great alternative. They have never lost a package. Once I even used over night shipping and they sent it in two days instead of one and I was able to get my refund. They are fair they get the job done. Came here to notarize documents for the DMV. Not sure who the customer service rep's name was, but she's friendly to all the customers there! I had messed up on a form, and had to get it notarized again, and she was patient with it all. I'd definitely come back for mail or shipping needs. Thanks again! read more

This is by far the absolute worst, most despicable service I think I've ever received. I don't think I've ever been treated more disrespectfully and rude by a business in my life! Let me start off by saying that I am a business owner and maybe that's why I'm so appalled by the rude behavior. Today I went to Easy Mail and it was supposed to open at 9:30 am according to the sign on the door. At 9:40 I was standing outside the front door for about 7-8 minutes at that point. All of a sudden a car pulls up to the front door (in a red zone no parking curb-no parking space) and stops. Out pops an unhappy red-haired female and she grabs some items from the back seat and makes her way to the door. I was standing about 2 feet from said door and she made NO eye contact and looked down until she reached the door with her key to unlock it. I smiled and said "Good Morning" to which she DID NOT even look at me or acknowledge that I was standing there, two feet away from her. She unlocked and opened the front door, went in without holding the door open, let it close behind her and went inside to turn on a light. I waited for a second thinking maybe she needed to disarm the alarm until I noticed she started laying down the items in her hands with her back to the me at the front door and window. I opened the door and asked, "Are you open?" and she whips around with a disgusted look on her face and frustratedly says, "Well, yeah! Not really! I have to put all of my stuff away, go move and park my car and turn everything on so I can't help you RIGHT this minute but you can come in and wait for me I guess." !!!!!!!!!!! Are you kidding? I stood there stunned. She then walks through the door past me and goes to the curb and starts shuffling things in her car. I couldn't believe that a business (owner possibly?) would treat someone like that for trying to get in AFTER the opening time to patronize their business. I almost couldn't believe what just happened. After waiting a hot second thinking maybe she would realize the error in her ways and apologize, to which she did not, I walked by her and her disgusting self and got in my car and left. YOU WERE LATE, UNPREPARED AND RUDE! As a business owner, I would NEVER treat a client in this manner especially one that was at my front door waiting to get inside and pay me money!! I cruised down the street to the CVS and spent about $60 in the supplies I needed. Quick, easy, open 24 hours and the clerk was more than nice and even told me I had pretty eyes. Go figure! Don't go to Easy Mail unless it's to get mistreated first thing in the morning by an obvious underachiever who has angst about running her own business. read more

Deserves zero stars. Iv had all the issues others have stated here and on google plus some. Bottom line, she is never open when she says she is. She constantly has her children there around your mail. Screaming at her kids. She is extremely rude. Her mailboxes are cheaper than ups but believe me it's not worth it. Ups is open when they say they will be and they give you a door key to enter if they are closed. I'm all about supporting local small businesses but Iv given this over a year and nothing changes and she doesn't even try & im tired of the rudeness. read more

I had important mail that I dropped off here. I opted for a certified mail which costs $17, Heather told us the tracking info will be dropped off in our box -- that was last week. I checked it today and there's no tracking or any piece of paper from USPS. I inquired and she matter of factly told me that USPS lost it. There was no explanation how that happened or what she is going to do to fix it. She sat there and told me this unfortunate event as if expecting that I should just understand her. No. Those papers are VERY important that's why I paid extra for a service and security that they failed to deliver. And now there is no way for me to find out if the other party received the mail since I cannot get a confirmation because Easy Mail failed to make sure that I do. They can blame USPS for their incompetence, however since they're the ones who personally handled my business and not USPS, they should make an effort to fix this matter. After all they collected the payment. I am very disappointed on how they handled my business -- their service and explanation is unacceptable. Had I known their services would be so unreliable, I would've used a different company instead. ***UPDATE*** I went to USPS and was told that contrary to what Heather is saying, the responsibility falls to Easy Mail, not them since they're the ones who processed my documents and collected my payment. I went back to Easy Mail and another staff told me that perhaps I should check with another post office. Heather charged us $17.90 doesn't that come with making sure that they fix the problem? When I requested a refund, Heather of Easy Mail informed me that there is no guarantee that my mail will be delivered. And since we did not get the slip back, there is no way for us to know if it was even picked up. So basically, Heather and Easy Mail charged us $17.90 for nothing and refuse to accept responsibility. What awful company! If any of you have important documents, do not use Easy Mail as your middle man, they're services are awful and they don't care if you get what you paid for. As long as they get their money, that's all that Heather cares about. read more

Stopped by this location today at about 12:20 pm. The neon sign said "open" but when I got to the door there was a smaller sign that said "Closed - Returning at 12:30". Fine, but it would have been nice if the big neon "open" sign was turned off. I returned at 12:30 - I was told that it would be $28 to send a two pound bag of clothing UPS Ground. Seriously? I said "no thanks" - she replied "we can send it US mail for $14". I declined again. Got online to make my own label at the UPS website (UPS Ground) and it was just a little over $11. WOW. To say nothing of the fact that at least one of the employees is watching a kid while working (and has been for months now) - I heard cartoons playing loudly in the back room - and the inside of the store looks like it's rarely upkept, restocked, or cleaned. Had a UPS package to drop off (Amazon return) and was very disappointed. I only visited this store because the website indicated this was a UPS drop off location. The store was messy and disorganized. The person at the counter had her children there who were running around. Mind you, this was on April 25, 2020 when we were all supposed to wear masks. Not only were they not wearing masks, but social distancing was not even considered. I gave the lady my package and asked for a receipt. She said she couldn't give me one because she couldn't scan it. I said that was very unusual and that I have always received a receipt in the past whenever I have surrendered a package at other stores. She again repeated that she had no way to scan it. I reluctantly left the package and spent until 5/4 tracking the package to make sure it arrived to its destination, which it did. I did not realize that I could have gone to the UPS Store on Baring Blvd and handed off the package. I did so with another package a few days ago and had a TOTALLY different experience. Clean store, friendly people, organized and received a receipt. Don't patronize this Easy Mail location! read more

I purchased Easy Mail in 2002. I am happy when it works but it has let me down over and over again. It does not allow me to save my addresses. So when I have a problem with my laptop I have to completely re-due hundreds of addresses. I have tried over and over to save the address. Even had a tech try once with no luck. I finally called the company and spoke with a guy that was not much help. He seemed a little too cocky for my taste with answers like, I never had that problem or it's easy to fix. Well I have had that problem and I need it fixed and you sent me to a sight that was no help. So I just gave up. I am so tired of losing everything when my PC crashes. Now it's pulled a new one on me today. I haven't had any problems with my PC this time and easy mail has been working for around two yrs now without any problems. So I go to open it to get a business address there was nothing in there, a big fat zero all folders are gone. WTF...I don't have the time to keep reentering all these address. Another small but annoying problem I have had was it would make me reenter my sign up name and password every time I opened it. This started around 5 yrs ago. I waited until I lost all my folders (again) than I re-installed the program but nothing changed. I then followed exactly what they said nothing worked. so I just learned to deal with it. I am looking for another program if anyone has any suggestions please let me know. read more
