So this is a big issue. Expensive and does not understand how shipping works and often quotes very high prices to ship something that is twice the rate of the post office. They have quoted me outrageous fees to mail basic stuff. They have zero concept of competitive shipping. I once mailed a certified letter there, and the letter came back to my address as the store lady mixed up the TO and FROM addresses.
