I promised to give a review and I am a man of my word. I arrived here with my mom's 1998 Toyota to get smog checked in the early AM. The gentleman working there was really friendly and accommodating. I asked about the yelp discount and he said it was for cars 2002 and newer and only if the car passed test. Well guess what!? My mom's car passed and he still gave me the yelp discount! I'm gonna come here next time with my car for sure. read more

Went here to get my smog to transfer title on a used car that I just purchased. Service was great. Best part was, they have DMV registration service within the smog station. Got my title transfer done, no hassles, no lines like at the DMV. They also of Notory Publid, issue license plates, and print registration stickers. This is my new favorite place. This was the place I would always go for a Smog Check. This time I took my 2010 Truck for a Smog. He hooked up the computer to the truck and straight told me my truck wouldn't pass. I straight told him what do you mean it won't pass. He showed me I said ok. He didn't charge me. So I left and took my truck some where else and for tested. Guess what? My truck passed with no problems. Will not return my business here again. read more

Had to get an emergency smog check so did about five minutes of research and came across this place. Called them that morning and walked right in later that afternoon. No appointment needed. The gentleman worked quick and I was in and out of there in less than 30 min with someone infront of me! Make sure to check-in on yelp as well to get $10 off. I came in today and he checked my car to see if it was ready before conducting another smog test. After driving 60-70 miles on the freeway my car was ready and it passed without issue. Just left this place. Very small place attached to a tire shop. There is just one person there that runs the place. However, he is fairly quick. When i arrived, there were two cars ahead of mine. I was in and out within 30 minutes. IF YOU PLAN ON USING THE YELP DEAL, MENTION THE DEAL TO HIM before he writes up the fees! I made the mistake of waiting til the very end to mention the deal. He told me that it's best to do so at the very beginning due to tax auditing reasons. He likes the form nicely written. No big deal. I will do so next time. read more

This smog check is a RIP OFF! I went to smog my car and it failed me and the asian guy told me to get it check to a car shop so I did! And the mechanic said there's nothing wrong with my car and so he smog checked it to the smog place next to his shop and tell my why it PASSED! So i went back to get at least a refund and some other asian guy was there and he gave me a RUDE ASS approach which makes me wanna slap him. First i told him " Hi, i went here 3-4 days ago and i got a smog check and it failed and they i went to a car shop and smog it after and it pass.. " tell my why that asian guy said " I DON'T CARE! " fucken asshole! BAD ASS CUSTOMER SERVICE! And he was telling me that the smog place I went to get a smog from cheated like c'mon how professional are you?!! Y'all can have my $60 bitches!! This is the second year that i have come here -- for two different vehicles. And their service is impecable. They are very efficient and fast. Last year i had some problems with the car so we didnt pass our smog check. I had it fixed and came back -- the re-test is free (as advertised). It takes 10-15 minutes of your time. Who likes taking time out of their valuable day to complete a smog check? Certainly not me! After reviewing the great reviews on yelp for Easy Smog, I called and verified I could get right in. I live on the East side of Lakewood so it wasn't the closest place. I was in and out in 10 minutes and he offered a $10 discount for checking in on the yelp app. Best experience for a smog check on all the years I have been driving! I will be back in the future. Excellent service, Friendly, Quick, and even stopped to answer a few questions I had about smoging my car. they opened at 830am and I was there by 835am and I was in and out within 15 mins!! they charged $50 for the test which is about the going rate for a test w/o a coupon.
