Can we just talk about Emil for a moment?! What a nice and professional guy!! Not only was he an absolute joy to work with, but literally after his first visit my ants were gone!!! he destroyed them! This may sound like a broken record given the comments below, but Emil real is the best. I have a true phobia of bugs and rodents, and I felt so much better after he treated my home for mice. He was respectful, professional, and kind. After baiting the house for mice, he came back a week later to help dispose of the mice that had died owing to his capable work. He even wore shoe covers (I'm a neat freak) and reserved time at the end of the visit to cuddle with my dog. Very responsive service, and very lovely demeanor. I would highly recommend using Easy Way Pest Control. We were having issues with wasps and ants inside our home. Easy Way responded quickly and were able to send Miro the next day. Miro was professional and helpful. I really appreciate the heads up text of when he would be arriving. He was very knowledgeable, and explained everything he was doing and what to expect. When he went to spray the outside of the house, he was very nice and did the other houses in the courtyard. The wasps nest was in a second floor vent where there was no good way to see if there was a nest. He said he would try but could not guarantee that it would be effective because he could not see the nest. He was extremely thorough and making sure he could do as much as possible to get rid of the wasps. While we were showing him where we thought the nest was, he pointed out that our vents have a large enough opening for rodents to get into for the winter and recommended ways to prevent that. I was able to get an appointment quickly (to deal with a substantial rat infestation). Miro, the technician was thorough, and he found rodent holes that I hadn't already seen, and explained what it will take to get rid of them, then set up 6 bait stations around the yard. The thing that I was most impressed by was the fact that he opened a bait station in the alley that is supposedly maintained for the village by one of the large chain exterminators and we discovered it was filled with leaves and was acting as a nest rather than a bait station. I have brought this to the attention of the village department in charge of rodent control and I have already seen a response which will hopefully lead to some action. I found this company via yelp reviews and want to add to the positive reviews that steered me to them. Emil helped me out a lot when I got bedbugs in the apartment - he was quick to get here and give me an estimate, gave me a lot of information and was very patient with all my annoying questions. And he got back here quickly to do the treatments (I had 2 treatments about 10 days apart). If you're like me and you're very stressed out/scared by bugs I would make sure you ask a lot of detailed questions about how the company does their treatment - this one uses steam heat, traps, spraying, wrapping the mattress and boxspring and maybe other things I can't remember. BB's are so good at hiding (do your research), you have to be so so so thorough in treating the problem - don't try to treat them by yourself or you'll make it a lot worse. Right now I'm about 2 weeks out from the most recent treatment and I haven't seen any bugs.
