Update: The manager did give me a full refund after I explained my experience with their service. The manager was very nice and listened to me. Good customer service skills on his part at least. Easy way was great to work with up until they came here and didn't get rid of my mouse problem. Steven came in and put some traps down, filled some holes and assured me that the mouse would leave. I also showed him a photo I took of the mouse "evidence" if you know what I mean. The mouse is still here and to make matters worse, when Steven came here to follow up as he was leaving he told me "it might be just psychosomatic." He said it's "impossible" to have a mouse without finding poop. I asked if could be something else and he right away dismissed that. I don't know what kind of service tries to tell you you're imagining a pest problem, but I will never call them again. read more

Someone came out twice and nothing. When Emil saw that I was not happy with the results, he contacted me and reassured me that they would find a way to clear these ants. These guys are awesome! Initially scheduled them to handle an issue with the usual summer bugs (spiders, centipedes and other crawlies) at our place.
