They smoke their meat around back, and everything is made fresh. Today I tried their Salmon Bacon and Egg sandwich, one of my favorite breakfast sandwiches now! Thick piece of salmon which they smoke and combined with bacon and runny egg (and a maple aoli). If you love chorizo, go for the Chorizo Smash, you wil not regret it! Their smash burgers are cooked perfectly, juicy, and the flavor mashups are sending your tastebuds on a journey! They have something for everyone here, and you can't go wrong! The french onion burger which includes a double stack smash patty blend of brisket, chuck, and shortrib, topped with caramelized onions, provolone, garlic aioli on brioche with a side of au jus. I tempered my expectations but this burger just blew me away. The beef blend itself is incredible and makes for a juicy and ultra beefy bite. The garlic aioli wasn't overpowering and the caramelized onions added that nice bit of sweetness. Dipping it in the au jus just took it to another level. I was truly in bliss eating this. The fries crazy enough were strikingly close to the ones offered at the golden arches, which I'm fond of. My only knock is that they were a bit well done so while they were very crispy, they were also a bit hollow inside. Our waitress was lovely on this night, shoutout Taylor R. She took the time to offer food suggestions for my friend and he ended up loving it. Inside, the aisles are wide, the seating is flexible with movable chairs, and the restroom is fully accessible. What unfortunately has left a lasting impression and may be the reason I don't go back is they're okay, and likely encourage (based on their IG) content creators to visit. I understand in this day and age, exposure means everything. Getting a viral video could mean the definition of sink or swim in a competitive industry. What's not okay is having content creators with their bright lights blinding the patrons next to them. Having a bright camera light shone in our faces several times through our dinner soured the experience. I hope in the future the staff, and the owner (who was there), are more conscious of the dining experience for others.
