They are thicker than the French, but maintain the delicacy and ability to hold their contents well by delicious elasticity. I ordered three to go (Massachusetts, Virginia and New York), all of which had either roast chicken, mushroom and/or spinach, cheese and sautéed onion stuffed within. Go to their website for details. They were each large and folded to fit into the small brown sandwich bags, and then housed in a sized cardboard box. The weight surprised pleasantly, and encouraged to get home to sample.
