    Very nice Gilbert carbonara.

This is a cute little Italian eatery and bar. We arrived around 5 PM and were promptly seated. Our server's name was Tracy. When she learned we were new, she sat down next to me and warmly welcomed us, introduced herself and asked our names. Nice touch! Jacob was the other nice server and they both work all the tables. We started with two house salads. The lettuce was very fresh and a nice variety of different types of lettuce, along with olives and cheese. Don ordered the Gilbert carbonara and I ordered the Florentine chicken . They came out just as we finished our salad and were piping hot. They were both nicely prepared and we enjoyed them. We are seniors so we don't eat as much as we used to. As a bonus, we ended up taking some home for lunch the next day.

Fabulous time at this cute Italian Bistro - Jacob made our experience so fun. We felt like we'd known him for years! Food was all so tasty. We had the delicious calamari with two different sauces, and a pizza , half meat lovers and half Hawaiian . This was our first time and we are excited to come back for the pastas. Can't wait!! Two thumbs up! Jacob though!! I have to add, it was pouring down rain and Jacob even offered to run out and drive our car to the door!! Outstanding!

Good food , the servers are very attentive, and a good environment. Tracy is excellent and very kind. The pizzas Diego made were amazing. Definitely coming back

Eatalio is such a cute place, it has a nice neighborhood restaurant style where you can be casual or have a cutesy date , or good times with family and friends. As far as the service, It is super welcoming because of the small, non-franchise feel, clean and modern environment. The food is so comforting, I mean it is pasta and salads, and has a good wine selection also available if you enjoy a glass. I haven't had a lasagna is awhile and forgot how good it was!

Love this place! Tracy, Diego, Grace, and Scott are the best. The garlic bread is clearly homemade and so good!!! Pizza is made fresh and tastes delicious! Sangrias and espresso martinis are delicious as well!

My family and I have been coming to this restaurant for five years and ever since the new Management has taken over. It is absolutely ridiculous. Last time we were told to remove our menus while we're having appetizers because they're expensive and they don't get spilled on. I overlooked that I then brought people here again tonight we ordered a Tuaca lemon drop which we've ordered for five years they were brought to the table they were not tuaca a lemon drops, and the manager persistently told me that Tuaca is no longer available which we all know is not true Tuaca is available worldwide. I can even DoorDash it right now. The servers did not have a no clue what meals included. Everything is now served in plastic baskets and the staff has overturned many times recently the place is absolutely empty. I still had food in my basket as an appetizer and the manager wanted to take it as you can see in my video and pictures. This place is empty on Friday night go next-door to blue 32. It is packed such a shame. I then set my empty basket on the table next to us which sat full of dishes for 20 minutes and was told that that was rude as an empty basket was sitting in front of me for 20 minutes because the tables were not busted properly.. such a shame a good place gone bad. They also have a breakfast place which I'm assuming has also gone downhill as well. Just an FYI to everybody do not go here. Hence the reason that it is empty on a Friday night and at 8 o'clock when everything in this town has an hour wait. Hope to see something new in their location soon.

Whenever I'm craving bomb Italian food, this is the place. And listen--I'm a quarter Italian, so I don't take this lightly... LOL. The service is always on point, everyone is super nice, and they truly never miss. I got the fettuccine alfredo with chicken and it was so tasty. Already planning my next cheat meal because their pizza is also ahhhhmazing and fully calling my name!

This place is great. We have ordered from them multiple times because it's about a mile from our current rental. The staff is super friendly, as it's a small family owned joint. Their pizzas are made in house, in a pizza oven. You can actually see them making the pizzas! They're usually delicious. I'm giving 4 stars because sometimes the pizzas are unevenly cooked, and are still a bit underdone. Despite that, I'll still keep coming back to this place because of their friendly staff and authentic pizza made in house.

It was about 5:30 PM on a Wednesday and the place was Poppin! The bar was completely full and it was loud!. We did not have a reservation and the only open seating was at the bar or high tops in the bar area. We were quickly greeted and our server was incredibly on top of it! I noticed that the main menu had a line at the bottom that stated a gluten-free menu would be available upon request. I did ask to see this menu as gluten-free is my dietary preference, not an allergyand I was brought a complementary gluten-free bun instead of the pretzel bread. I thanked our server and told him not to worry that it was just a preference and he told me that he treats all gluten friendly requests as an allergy. I really appreciated the care and concern he had for my health and well-being. This is unprecedented at most restaurants. They had a very extensive gluten-free menu and I can't wait to go back and try so many more items. We did try the Leonard burger and made quite a few modification requests - all of which were 100% accommodated. This burger was so incredibly juicy! My entire hand was dripping by the time I got done eating it. Everything else we tried was delicious. I have no complaints or suggestions for improvement and will definitely be returning soon!

The vibes are lively both inside and outside of the restaurant. The inside has a dark and moody feel. We came on a Friday night at 7:30pm and waited ~ 15- 20 minutes for a table for 3 people. We ordered the following appetizers: Cauliflower Tahina $12 and they were delicious. I recommend. The flavor was on point. I would order again. Not so Humble Brussels $13 and they were okay, it needed a thicker balsamic sauce. I would not order again. Dishes: Humble Caesar Salad $14 Added Shrimp for $6 The salad is a good portion. It filled me up. The jalapeño caesar tied in nicely with the romaine, brusssels, parmesan & pecorino cheese and the egg. It would still taste great without the shrimp. Cajun Chicken Alfredo $20 enjoyed the taste and the flavor of the Alfredo sauce. Cremini Sachetti $22 The stuffed pasta, mushrooms & cheese sauce were delicious.

Though, the wait was quite long but I tried to be understanding since not many locations are open on holidays. It's counter service so some delay was that the staff couldn't find us (example: croissant arrived after our meal and 10-15 minutes after the cappuccino ordered with it). The patio looks nice for cooler days, and we enjoyed sitting in the little nook that had paintings and small crafts for sale. Recently purchased by new owners from France, I knew I had to try as I love French cuisine. They have a French Specials Board and a Croissant Menu, which my boyfriend both ordered from. We both said we wished there were more French items to choose from. What We Ordered: ~ Coke: served as a can with a mason jar of ice. ~ Goat Cheese Croque Monsieur: My boyfriend loved it, but wished there was more béchamel sauce. The goat cheese compliments the ham really well, and he throughly enjoyed. ~ French Quiche (Chicken, bell pepper, cheddar): I really enjoyed this quiche as it's not something you can find done well in a lot of places. The combination of ingredients work well together. ~ Cappuccino: This was crafted well and I enjoyed the light dusting of topping (believe cinnamon sugar). The espresso paired nicely with the frothed milk and velvety foam. ~ Croissant & Butter: Sadly, this was like any croissant you can get. A skip for us next time, but probably great for a sandwich. Overall, we enjoyed our meal though I'm not a fan of counter service. We'd return again, and pick a table more in the open so it's easily to deliver food to us.
