Cute space with prompt and friendly service upon arrival. The menu is varied, and I enjoyed everything I had and can't wait to return to try more items~ Tried the appetizer Those Camarones, and the sauce and bread were both tasty, but the shrimp tended to be a little salty. The cremini sacchetti was phenomenal. I loved the hint of lemon, which balanced the richness of the cheese well. It doesn't come with protein, so I added blackened chicken, which complemented the flavors well--the blackened chicken is like Cajun seasoned. Tiramisu tres leches was good, but there seemed to be a layer of chocolate, which threw me off. The coconut cream pie was better; it was more of a deconstructed pie with only the filling (not much of a reimagined crust), but it was a refreshing end to a good meal~ read more

Heading home from the airport and craving Humbles wedge salad and meatballs. Called in my order to come home and be so disappointed. My husband and I used to frequent Humble often, but seeing a slip in the food and the environment lately which clearly flows through to the pickup. This salad was nothing more than crappy edges of lettuce, including core parts, maybe one piece of bacon, few onion pieces and two and half tomatoes. With so many options to visit and more being built all the time, Humble has fallen lower on our list of places to go. PS. Stop cranking your music so loud at evening service. We had an amazing dining experience! Our server (Gavin ?) was attentive, funny and made sure we had a pleasant dining experience since we were celebrating a birthday! The vibes are lively both inside and outside of the restaurant. The inside has a dark and moody feel. We came on a Friday night at 7:30pm and waited ~ 15- 20 minutes for a table for 3 people. We ordered the following appetizers: Cauliflower Tahina $12 and they were delicious. I recommend. The flavor was on point. I would order again. Humble Bistro has a warm and inviting atmosphere and is definitely a beautiful space. The décor feels cozy and upscale, which made us excited to try it. Unfortunately, the loud music inside really did not match the relaxed vibe of the restaurant. After hearing it while waiting for our food, I was honestly glad we decided to do carry out because it would have taken away from the dining experience. We ordered Shirley Temples, but although they were on our ticket, they somehow did not come out with the rest of the order. We had to ask for them and ended up waiting about another 10 minutes. Thankfully, they were worth the wait -- refreshing, flavorful, and probably one of the highlights of the meal. For food, we ordered the Humble Lasagna, the This Lil' Figgy pizza, and the Classy Girl pie with pepperoni. The lasagna was disappointing because the cheese completely overwhelmed the pasta, sauce, and overall flavor, making it hard to taste much else. The pizza and bruschetta were just okay. Nothing terrible, but nothing especially memorable either. Overall, we left feeling mixed. We like going to this quaint little French flare bistro. On our most recent trip, we were greeted by the sweetest hostess. Her name was Lily. She was very friendly and kind! We had the maximus pizza. I love the crust on this pizza. It's not too chewy and not too soft. It's just the right consistency. I like to dip it in the chili honey sauce. This pizza was topped with Imported Grande pepperoni, capicola & house talian sausage with their 3 cheese blend. We didn't have it on this visit, but we also really enjoyed the gentleman pizza. We also get the humble wings which are accompanied by three different sauces. It's great cause you never have to choose just one. The three sauces are buffalo, spicy Korean and chili honey. Our neighbors recommended Humble Bistro and we were very impressed. The music (think Bridgerton vibes) was perfect as well as the lighting and overall vibe. My husband I and really enjoy going to places that make you feel like it's a special night but without the special price tag. We sat at the bar and were thankful to have very friendly and attentive service along with great tasting food. We ordered the red sangria, draft beer, gentlemen's pizza and pasta with meatballs. We are Italian and normally would never try meatballs from a restaurant but we ordered on a whim and loved our meal. This is my second time and the atmosphere is amazing, very moody and elegant. Our waitress was kind and attentive. I am giving this a generous 4 stars because the food was good but I'm not sure why I'm not a fan. I feel like the dishes need a little more flavor possibly? I love EVERYTHING about this place! The atmosphere and music create a romantic vibe that allows you to soak up and savor an evening together with your loved one! I am gluten intolerant, but can usually do a good sourdough bread, and theres was DELICIOUS and of very high grade! I had no gluten reaction whatsoever. We shared The Gentleman Pizza and it was a delightful combo of sweet and savory (** insert chef's kiss)! We also shared their Caesar and Jalapeno Hummus with GF pizza crust. Both were heavenly! I had seen this place pop up a few times on social media and it was on my list of places to try for a solid year. We finally got around to going and I can't believe I waited this long to try. Everything we got was amazing!! We ended up ordering server suggestions-- the Brussels spouts, fig flatbread and a pasta. We loved every single one of them!! The vibe was also really nice. We went for an early dinner around 4 and sat on the patio so it wasn't too busy when we got there but definitely filled up by the time we left. Don't have any complaints really, aside from the service which wasn't necessarily bad- just not great either. Been coming here since it opened. They often serve the red wine very cold, like 40-45 degrees. They should have a different refrigerator for whites and reds. It would be almost excusable if they didn't market themselves as a wine bar. I asked the manager about it today and he didn't really give an excuse- something about the refrigerator being cooler in the summer, which didn't make sense. Red wine at super cold temps tastes differently than at proper temps. I'll probably be back, anyway. read more

This place is our new "go to". The pizzas are amazing, boards are solid and I had a Cajun Chicken sandwich last time I was there and I will order that again without a doubt. This Gilbert bistro is a little gem. With lots of wine bottles and crates as decor, it has a dark-ish, charming feel to it. There is a large patio with seating outside, an me inside had a combination of banquettes and tables. There is a bar along one wall. Our server was great--friendly and attentive. We ordered the Red Before Bed froze' and the carbonade, both wine based drinks. Both were very yummy! We shared a Humble Caesar salad and a Maximus pizza. My review for this establishment is neutral. The food and drinks were tasty. The atmosphere was classy and moody. The music was extremely loud. It was a bit hard to have a conversation. The service was a bit odd which is why I didn't give more stars. When I asked our server if he preferred the white or the red sangria he didn't speak on either. He suggested the Rosé. I personally don't like rosé which is why it wasn't one of them options I asked him to speak on. I ended up getting the red and it was delicious! It was shortly after we got our food that someone just walked up to us and asked if we were done with our food. When we said no, a girl came up to us probably 5 mins later asking us if we wanted boxes for our food. We said no, we were taking our time and breathing as we were trying to enjoy our dinner. Another girl came up and asked if she could clear our table and yet we still were eating. Kinda frustrating was told we had a table inside and they were just cleaning it. Then 3 pretty young well dressed girls come in and next thing we know they gave them our table and made us wait for another one and then we ended up outside. The Italian Paloma was very grapefruit forward, refreshing but more bitter than expected. The Not So Humble Caesar Salad was delish! My husband hates veggies but he actually liked this and kept coming back for more Crispy Brussels. The Smorgasboard was yummy too with a great balance of flavors and literally a smorgasbord with a little bit of everything. The bread was light and perfect as a vessel or even just by itself. I think this is the second time I've been here. Today I got the carne benny. It was delicious! A little spicy but very tasty! The potatoes were soft (I prefer crispy) but a nice complement to the spicy Benedict. I also got the big bun. Also delicious! Comes with 2 cinnamon rolls and a large dollop of marscapone. I only finished one roll because I was stuffed. I arrived at noon and it wasn't crowded at all. Unfortunately good food takes a long time so I was waiting about 30 minutes for my lunch . I went to Humble Bistro on a Friday night and only had to wait about 20 minutes! We sat outside and the atmosphere was so cozy (thanks to the heaters). For starters I ordered the fries. They were yummy but honestly, nothing crazy. I enjoyed the green sauce (jalapeno ranch?) the best. My boyfriend ordered the short rib pappardelle and it was AMAZING! The short rib was cooked wonderfully. If you are a superfan of mushrooms (not me), definitely order the cremini sacchetti. The pasta was delicious and creamy. For desert we had the bread pudding which was yummy. Additionally, our waitress was fantastic! She helped offer suggestions and took pictures for us. We had asked if we could sit at two four tops sitting right next to each other and she said there are other people waiting but we were 30 min past our quote time. Eventually we got sat at those two four tops and even though the tables could they would not let us pish them together. This has to be the LEAST accommodating restaurant I have ever been too. Ate lunch here on Tuesday 5/20/25 with a group of 5 other ladies. We're ages 55-85 & go out to a different restaurant every Tuesday. This was their 1st visit. (I think this is a sign of a good restaurant with competent wait staff - cause I'll always tip great servers 20% or more). I and 2 others all had the Short rib grilled cheese with No jalapeños or spicy mayo. I got side salad with champagne vinaigrette & others got the fries (side was included). We all really enjoyed the sandwiches. Nice fried cheese on the outside, tasty bread, & generous amount of meat BUT, it needed a sauce. The ONLY non-spicy options is their Fancy sauce. (I think it's BBQ sauce & mayo?) It's tasty & a great addition to the sandwich. Two got the Cajun chicken club sandwich with fries & without spicy mayo. They both enjoyed it & said it was really flavorful. Another got the Pasta Rosa - she doesn't like cheese & she thought it too cheesy for her liking. She should have just for marina sauce instead. All but 1 of us had to take home half our sandwich. Then, we asked for a dessert menu - waitress gave us 1 well-used crumpled menu that looked like a used postcard - see my pic. (Should be replaced). She also told us that today they also had tiramisu & bread pudding that wasn't listed. Thought dessert prices were good. One ordered tiramisu, one ordered a scoop of vanilla ice cream, & i ordered the warm, gooey chocolate brownie that also came with ice cream. We all shared & tried all of the desserts. My brownie was the best - 3 of us devoured it quickly. The tiramisu was dry - layers weren't soaked enough - but mascarpone tasted great & piece size was generous - hopefully, just an off day. To the restaurants owners, managers, & chefs - you're really limiting your customer base by NOT providing more Non-spicy options especially at lunch. There's a-lot of people in the area that you are keeping out of your restaurant & you weren't very busy for lunch that day. Our server knew 0 about wine and we had a very difficult situation with 3 of our group being charged $28 per glass for wine they believed to be $13. Server never should have been on her own..19 year old knew nothing about the menu but particularly wine and the restaurant has a wine club? Shame on management for poor training.
