I dined-in at Eatery 66 this last week while I was visiting family up in Ridgway. They seemed to always be super busy, so I gave it a go. I ordered their Eatery 66 Burger and truffle fries. For the burger, it was above average. You could really taste the freshness in the grass fed beef. The other toppings on the burger also tasted fresh. The only thing that let the burger down, was the bun. The bun tasted stale or like it had been frozen for awhile. If there was a fresh brioche bun, it would've been a very very good burger. The truffle fries were pretty good too, but to be honest, I didn't really get an truffle flavor. The fries were dowsed in Parmesan and garlic, but still tasted kinda good. Something that bothered me, was how you get chips with your burger instead of fries. The burger was not cheap to begin with, so you should at least get some fresh Belgian fries or something. But instead you get potatoes chips from a bag? Then when you order the actual fries separately, they are frozen fries? They pride themselves on, "fresh food/good food." If you are really about that, dont serve frozen fries and potato chips from the market across the street. read more

We were driving through with our kids and wanted lunch on a Sunday. This place was open, wasn't crowded, and had lots of outdoor seating. The menu was great--one of my kids got the mini goddess (grilled chicken breast chunks with cucumbers and feta in a tortilla) and my other kid got a burger. My husband and I split the turkey sandwich. All our meals were delicious. The wait staff was helpful and kind and the ambiance was super chill and welcoming. A great place to stop and eat! read more

Unfortunately, she had to send the salad back because it was missing half the ingredients. Who has ever heard of sending a salad back... Unique menu! Changes daily? Husband had a chicken fried steak sandwich with Cajun fries, he liked both. Said the steak was fried perfect and was not tough, said probably best he has had. Wish we knew which beer we got, because it was pretty good! Have to order in side and they give you a number placard, then they find you when it's ready, so no real table service. Husband ordered a spicy margarita for me, and two sips in declared it undrinkable, the salt on rim was plain nasty, smelled of chili powder and was brown. I had carne tacos, which were very good, lots of meat, purple cabbage and a spicy green sauce. They provided a few chips (like 7 maybe) with a very good fire roasted salsa. It has outside seating on two levels, one was pet friendly, so a real plus for us. But be warned, as soon as food showed up, so did the flies! read more

Food was good. We ordered the pork belly blt and the Greek goddess sandwich. Greek goddess was tasty, the Kalamata olives were a fun and distinctive touch! Ambiance and service were also great! The pork belly blt was a disappointment though. I can't recommend that at all. Lacked flavor, sloppy, and pork belly wasn't cooked right. The staff is always beyond friendly, and atmosphere is laid back and relaxing, and the food always delivers. It's our favorite restaurant in Ridgway/Ouray. It's so nice to arrive after a long day of travel, have a beer in a relaxing environment (and a great view if you sit outside), and enjoy excellent food. read more

I had the Bami sandwich. Bread was a bit dry, meat was also a bit dry but the flavoring and fillings to the sandwich helped improve this dish. Truffle fries are phenomenal. My husband had the 66 burger and Cajun fries. Fries also amazing. He bit into his burger, looked up and said "Wendy's got it right, where's the beef?", the patty was almost non-existent. Overall not really worth the high price, not to mention the socially inept customers who decided to sit right next to us despite only 1 other taken table. read more

We were in Montrose for a wedding and heard Eatery 66 was worth the 25 minute drive...and it was! The staff is really friend and the service was SO fast! The food was fresh and delicious. My husband and I split the trailer fries and fought over them they were that good. I had the heirloom tomato salad with chicken...the tomatoes and peaches were fresh and it had a balsamic drizzle and pesto-type dressing....wonderful. My husband got a burger he said was fabulous as well. We loved this place so much we drove back the next day for lunch. We tried different things that were just as good. Very good food and a very inviting and comfortable atmosphere. The Reuben I had was very, very good. I try them everywhere I go and I'd say this Rueben is top 5 of all time. All I wanted was a small Greek salad. Waited five minutes for them to take a complicated order from someone, and then another five while they took two other orders from two other people, both equally complicated lots of questions lots of drinks etcetera. I was disappointed in my choice of the California Shrimp Bowl which consisted of 4 large shrimp on a bed of black beans that were unseasoned and dry rice. This place is a gem. The best food we've had after spending the last few days in Telluride.

Oh My Yum! For as many times as we've come through Ridgway I can't believe we haven't eaten here before today. It's so good!!!! We ordered the deviled eggs (sans bacon), naan sandwich, and superfood salad. The deviled eggs with kimchi were AWESOME!!! And the naan sandwich was really flavorful - we loved it. The salad was good but lacked any kind of signature flavor or salad dressing but it's good. We'll definitely be back as the atmosphere is laid back and easy! My boyfriend and I were staying in Ridgway for a couple nights and stumbled upon Eatery 66 via yelp. We came for lunch and he ordered the pork belly BLT and I ordered the Greek Goddess. By the end of our lunch I think I had ate most of his sandwich! The pork belly BLT is amazing--so much so we came back for dinner and both had the BLT and took it to go. Now the Greek Goddess was awesome too I just think the BLT was by far our favorite. In addition to the great food the staff were accommodating and so kind! A great patio as well to enjoy the mountains in the distance. Highly recommend this place! read more
