Just saw this place on Instagram and literally had to head over there that day! I love the unique wheel cakes. It reminds me of the little walnut cakes you can get mixed with waffles and taiyaki. You pick a filling, and some are very unique, this is something you can not get everywhere. We got an Oreo, a peanut custard, and taro cake. We also got a couple boba milk teas and a kiwi milkshake. I love that they offer a drink and cake combo. The kiwi milkshake was also very pretty and very unique. The place is super cute, but tiny. The people working here are very kind and helpful. Since the cakes are made to order, it does take a bit of time, but that is indicated on a sign when you order, so we were there for quite a while. It was well worth the wait. They also had a nice member club with a punch card. I cannot wait to go back!

It's good to see another boba shop around the area. We ordered a Tie yuan milk tea, a kiwi smoothie, and a grapefruit tea. All drinks are okay and I like the milk tea the most. Their wheel cakes look nice and taste good (not too sweet, which is a plus). I recommend the Oreo and vanilla flavors since matcha red bean was too sweet for me.

Welcome to such a boba haven! This fun cozy shop is open and ready for you to be their customer. Make sure you sign up for their rewards program! This is a new shop around the area and they are so cute inside. The staff are very sweet and helpful. They have a variety of drinks and tea to choose from. And I think they are reasonably priced. They have so nice desserts as well to try. They have this cake with a Oreo in the middle which is soooo exciting great looking. I didn't get a photo of my drink but I ordered the four season tea with milk foam. It was good and the bobas were delicious. Come and support this beautiful business everyone!

I love how clean it is inside! Very organized too. The ladies are super nice and told me I can use the kiosk to see pictures but to order at the register to get the happy hour discount and I appreciated it. Their rewards system will give you 20% your next order and 5% cash back will accumulate in your account with each purchase. Everything including the wheel cakes are made fresh in house and you can watch them make it. They use a thermometer to make sure the cook time is consistent for every wheel cake. I ordered the kiwi milkshake, an Oreo wheel cake, and a vanilla custard wheel cake. Pictures make the wheel cakes look huge but they're actually the perfect size for a quick bite of dessert with your tea. Let me tell you how delicious they are omg. And the milkshake was refreshing with them. It's such a simple yet tasty menu and I would definitely come here again. Loved everything about this place including the hospitality shown to each customer.

There is a make your own ramen station so much packed into a tiny spot. But the person working here was really not overly friendly to us. He was certainly friendly to others and his friend who came it, but lukewarm at best if not a tab bit rude to us. Funny, though, there were four of us and we all purchased something. Two of us got the bubble tea. This is not the first Mochinut we have been to, and the tea is super cute in a can, but ensures you get less product (plus way too much ice) for the price. Really, there are better bubble tea places out there for better value. One got a donut. And others have said, while it was good, not as fresh as it could have been. Does that mean they are not moving the product? The other mochinut in Troy and Mochidough in Troy both move a lot of product, donuts taste fresher. We also got some viral ice creams. We got the chicken burger and the mini fruits. Those were both amazing, but not made by the shop. just sold here. Plus the ice cream was so super overpriced, I can get them both for a fraction of the price, but since we were here and it was on my list, I bought them anyway. I am not saying I am not coming, back, but I can buy these corndogs at the grocery store, and get a friendlier service and more value elsewhere, so this could be a one and done for me.

Call it what you will, in simple layman's terms it is a rice flour based treat that has a unique light weight chewy/stretchy texture that can be covered in a host of sweet toppings/glazes for unique flavor profiles. With this definition in mind, the Mochinuts made at this business are very well made and quite tasty treats that just disappear off your plate. How did that happen (: Realtive to facility and staff, the staff is very friendly and spent the time explaining how these treats are made and what makes them unique from a traditional donut. Building itself is quite clean and bright with some indoor seating and sells other items to include Rice Hotdogs (think hotdog on a stick), Mochi Dumplings (think filled Pierogi's), Taiyaki (rice flour fish with fillings), Ramen and Macrons. Definately a rather unique/eclectic menu from what you typically see in this area. I was pretty enamored with all aspects of this business with the exception of their prices where each Mochinut is $4.50 which is quite steep in my opinion. Having said that, I will be returning in the not to distant future as these Mochinuts are just so darn good.

Yummy boba at this small shop inside Twelve Oaks Mall!…read more We made an emergency trip to the mall to get my husband a dress shirt for a wedding we were supposed to attend. Our shopping went quickly and we had some time to kill and a quick google search revealed that there was a well-reviewed boba shop inside! Now, even with Google Maps and the help of the map inside the mall, we had some trouble finding Sweeting. It's not in the main / largest food court. However, once we finally found it, we were golden! They have a very small dining area (maybe 2-3 tables) and you can order at one of two kiosks or at the counter. We placed an order at the kiosk and found it very easy to maneuver. They have a small but tasty sounding food menu too, but we kept it to drinks having just eaten lunch. Our orders came out reasonably fast. We got a peach black tea with lychee and the tiramisu milk tea with coffee jelly. Both were yummy! The jelly textures were really great. I preferred the tiramisu -- it was sweet and a great dessert. The peach was good too, but something about the peach flavor was just a tad too artificial for me. We still enjoyed it, just the tiramisu was our preference! Would recommend for a quick boba fix! :)

We were a little confused though, because Hers Zakka is a small Japanese market, and the influencer video made it seem there was a cafe inside (did not see mention of Onezo Cafe). Actually, Hers Zakka is a market, but it does not sell cooked food. For that, you go to Onezo Cafe, and the two businesses are joined on the inside. That being said, Hers Zakka has a lot of cute items and yummy-looking snacks, that we fully intend to return and explore later. Now, I will focus the rest of my review on Onezo Cafe. Onezo Cafe is very spacious with comfy seats and a cute setup. There is a glass case full of delicious-looking confections, but my husband and I needed real food. We walked to the counter and ordered, then we noticed the ordering kiosk off to the side. The staff was very friendly.... My husband ordered the Karaage chicken combo (#8), which came with salad, California rolls, and either a tonkatsu miso or spicy tofu broth. I ordered the Korean fried chicken (KFC) combo (#10), which came with rice, salad and the same broth choices. Though my husband and I both chose spicy tofu broth, they gave him the tonkatsu, and to my dismay the spicy tofu had egg in it. Since my husband has a pork allergy and I'm allergic to eggs, we just switched. While I'm not a fan of pork, I must say the tonkatsu miso broth was delicious! My husband said the same about the spicy miso. The California rolls on my husband's place looked very mayoey, so I could not try them. My husband confirmed however, that they were indeed very good. The chicken on both our plates was very good. The Karaage was fried well and had a very good taste. The KFC was essentially the Karaage rolled in sauce. While tasty, the KFC sauce was more sweet than spicy, when I prefer more of a kick. Onezo Cafe also sells boba teas. My husband got the Coral Sea with Crystal Boba (lychee honey lemon tea), and I got the Grape Crush with Aloe (subbed coconut jelly). Both teas were delicious. We lived on the East Coast for a while, and there was a boba tea chain named Mr. Wish. I used to practically mainline this stuff, and was sad there was no Mr. Wish in MI - or anything close. One sip of my Grape Crush had me saying "Mr. Who?"! I'm not being patronizing. After three years back home I had given up on finding a boba tea I liked as much as Mr. Wish! The portion was perfect, as we were able to fill our bellies with minimal food waste. We had a plan to grab a few of their onigiri (rice balls) for later along with a dessert, but we were too full! Our total order (including tax)nwas about $40, which was a good value. I'm giving a 4-star rating. It was not clear that the spicy tofu soup contained egg, and the KFC was more sweet than spicy. Im not counting the soup mixup because that actually was a blessing in disguise. We will definitely return to explore the menu more! Same for Hers Zakka; I have my shopping list ready!
