I like the location and variety of offerings. They have all of the viral ice creams, mini claw machines, cheesecakes and cookie doughs, the mochi donuts and bubble teas, various foods and nuggets. There is a make your own ramen station so much packed into a tiny spot. But the person working here was really not overly friendly to us. He was certainly friendly to others and his friend who came it, but lukewarm at best if not a tab bit rude to us. Funny, though, there were four of us and we all purchased something. Two of us got the bubble tea. This is not the first Mochinut we have been to, and the tea is super cute in a can, but ensures you get less product (plus way too much ice) for the price. Really, there are better bubble tea places out there for better value. One got a donut. And others have said, while it was good, not as fresh as it could have been. Does that mean they are not moving the product? The other mochinut in Troy and Mochidough in Troy both move a lot of product, donuts taste fresher. We also got some viral ice creams. We got the chicken burger and the mini fruits. Those were both amazing, but not made by the shop. just sold here. Plus the ice cream was so super overpriced, I can get them both for a fraction of the price, but since we were here and it was on my list, I bought them anyway. I am not saying I am not coming, back, but I can buy these corndogs at the grocery store, and get a friendlier service and more value elsewhere, so this could be a one and done for me. read more

I'm unsure if the Mochi dough in Troy/Novi are all connected somehow since they have similar items but overall I love the idea and their treats are great! I've only ever ordered some donuts for takeout so I was in and out pretty much quickly. Now, I do think you have to try a few before you settle on which ones you like the best because some donuts I loved and some I could do without. In addition they have some pretty good boba as well. First time at this business and first time I have tried either a traditional style Mochi (single ball usually with filling) or the Mochinuts (Hybrid Mochi that has many attached balls formed in the shape of a donut). Call it what you will, in simple layman's terms it is a rice flour based treat that has a unique light weight chewy/stretchy texture that can be covered in a host of sweet toppings/glazes for unique flavor profiles. With this definition in mind, the Mochinuts made at this business are very well made and quite tasty treats that just disappear off your plate. How did that happen (: Realtive to facility and staff, the staff is very friendly and spent the time explaining how these treats are made and what makes them unique from a traditional donut. Building itself is quite clean and bright with some indoor seating and sells other items to include Rice Hotdogs (think hotdog on a stick), Mochi Dumplings (think filled Pierogi's), Taiyaki (rice flour fish with fillings), Ramen and Macrons. Definately a rather unique/eclectic menu from what you typically see in this area. I was pretty enamored with all aspects of this business with the exception of their prices where each Mochinut is $4.50 which is quite steep in my opinion. Thought these would taste like normal donuts but they have a way more dough-ish taste like a fluffy cloud (in a good way!) Kinda expensive imo as one donut is $4 but they are also very unique, so I will def get them again! I was especially excited about all of the flavors available - not flavors you can find available at other bakeries. They also lend themselves to being more shareable than a typical donut. New obsession of kids and adults alike. Mochi donuts, boba tea, ramen and dipped corn dogs. New place popped up with bright yellow decor, friendly service and lots of options to choose from. Was there specifically for the donuts. Tried lemon, pebble, and raspberry swirl. The dough is the same flavor reminded me of pancakes a bit, the difference is what frosting you got. Welcome to the neighborhood! As I was getting my car after dining at a nearby restaurant I spotted this brand new addition to the strip mall. It was bright and colorful inside and the gentleman at the counter helped us finalize our decisions. As their name states they serve a variety of rotating mochi donut flavors and they are delicious! I love the different flavors on offer and chose the fruity pebbles, one, and strawberry shortcake donuts. The fruity pebble took me back to my childhood watching Saturday morning cartoons. The texture is chewy and soft and the frosting on top was sweet but not overly so. Strawberry shortcake came with a Pocky stick on top and had a nice flavor that didn't taste artificial. My husband devoured the ube donut without sharing This location also has ramen cooking stations which are popular in Japan. They also serve drinks, so you can get an entire meal! I love Korean corn dogs and was excited to see a new place open up near my house! The service was great and it did not take long at all to get our food. Loved this place! The employees are amazingly friendly! They give great recommendations and have fast service. The location is great! So clean and well organized. I had a boba tea and donut while waiting for my son to get his hair cut in the plaza. Loved it so much got another for my daughter before I left. Also tried their corndog with my son! Wow what a tasty treat! Had the one with fries baked in and half cheese and it was delicious! I will definitely go back to try the ramen when it gets cold! They have something for everyone! This place is awesome. They have the best donuts, very tasty, and the best part is they feel very light after eating. You don't get that heavy feeling. The atmosphere is fun, bright, and colorful. They asian style macarons which were amazing. We had the Ube & Milk Tea. My son had had the ramen, which is a DIY station. You pick the toppings, and then take nit to the hot plate, so cool and different. The service was excellent. Great place to enjoy with the family. read more
