Because of the complete lack of communication, we've decided to look elsewhere for a wedding venue. First impressions matter, and if a venue cannot respond to a prospective client who is simply trying to schedule a tour and receive a quote, it raises serious concerns about the level of service they provide throughout the planning process. While I can't speak to the quality of their events, I can speak to my experience as a potential customer, which was disappointing. Based on the lack of communication alone, I would not recommend this venue to other brides or families looking for a reliable and responsive wedding team.

Our guests absolutely loved how unique the space was. With a guest count of 200, we felt that the reception hall was perfectly fitted; not too big and not too cramped either. 200 was too big to fit inside the ceremony hall, which was our one and only complaint. But, guests who sat outside mostly said their view was okay/clear. *Lily was a superstar. She truly took care of us and was on top of everything. Numerous guests noted that this was the most organized and well-running wedding they had ever been to, which was all due to Lily running the show. I would recommend having Lily as your coordinator 1000x over. *Bang for your buck. This was the first venue we toured, and after hearing the price and what was included there was absolutely question in our mind to book it. I was getting the same quote for ~80-100 guests that I did for 200 here. It was priceless being able to include as many guests while not having to compromise on other factors because they were all included in our package. We also LOVED the grooms suite. So many times the groom is left in the dust but this space was perfect and the guys really enjoyed it. The entire team, Rose and her son, our waitstaff, DJ Larry, and Lily were truly amazing to work with. We would choose the vintage rose for any of our future events!

Every corner is beautiful, and our guests are still talking about how stunning it was. One of the things we loved most was having full access to the venue. It allowed our guests to explore the grounds, enjoy the different spaces, and truly experience everything Rancho Las Lomas has to offer. It made the entire evening feel intimate, relaxed, and unforgettable. We had a traditional Persian wedding with many moving parts, and everything unfolded exactly as planned. The staff was organized, professional, and incredibly kind--not only to us but to every one of our guests. They kept everything running seamlessly behind the scenes, allowing us to be fully present and enjoy every moment without worrying about logistics. The food was phenomenal and received countless compliments. We chose a buffet with salmon, roasted tri-tip, potato dauphinoise, roasted carrots, beet salad, and kale salad, and everything was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. During cocktail hour, our guests loved the braised short rib crostini, compressed watermelon, ahi tuna poke, and olive tapenade crostini. We also opted for the premium beer and wine package along with two signature cocktails--an Aperol Spritz and a cucumber lime margarita--which were a huge hit throughout the evening. Can't bring in liquor....since they sell it there....weak. we unfortunately ran out out beer.....it happens....they don't allow you to bring more....they don't sell beer either so hint bring a grip load of beer. They ran out of water. No wine for you wine drinkers. Oh if you pay with credit card then there is a 30 min :) 0 tolerance for underage drinking. Hall is nice and plenty of room. They broke down the wall that separated two rooms. So now there is a large dance floor. We got it for 250 people so that was nice. Here's where it gets interesting. If more people come....you need to pay for extra tables.... 140 each....we got 5 more. Then they started charging at the door like if it was a damn club(should of got my cut). Then they stopped letting people in even when people were leaving. Some people get out of work late you know and their responds will be "and" Just so you know. The space was clean with lots of natural lighting in the day and ample lighting at night. The kitchen offered enough storage for drink and food, plus a sink for clean up. Loni was easily accessible and communicated in a timely manner. Overall, this is a great venue for small events such as workshops, mixers, intimate parties, photoshoot pop ups, and more. This space has practically everything you would need. It's also located in the vibrant community of Downtown Santa Ana! I look forward to my next event here :)
