While Jackson did not have availability for the next day, he found a different company to handle our shuttle needs. I was contacted an hour later by the driver to confirm our reservation, and provided a contact number for any customer service needs. The driver arrived 10 minutes early the next day (with free bottled water) and delivered us to LAX promptly. Would highly recommend this company to others and will use in the future.

Once the driver arrived he never apologized for his tardiness but rather he tried to justify it. Bottom line this is a horrible service , unreliable and the cars are out of date, and they overcharge for their service .
