Wallison came to my house the same day and was able to start working a few days later. Not only was Wallison happy to answer all of my questions but he was very helpful in picking up and delivering the materials as well helping me save money. The final price I paid for the laminate and tile install was more than reasonable and the quality of the work is superior. The crew did my whole condo in one day, finished the details the next morning, cleaned up everything and moved the furniture back to his original position and were completely finished by noon. The secretary was delivered in March 2025 and Mr. Qureshi confirmed that it would be completed within a couple of months. I prepaid for all work. I began following up in June 2025 and every month thereafter. He always had some excuse for why it wasn't finished. I always had to initiate communication, he never provided updates on his own. Finally, in November 2025, EIGHT months after he had received the secretary, I lost patience and had it picked up, still unfinished and lacking the leather writing surface that I had paid for (materials and labor; the total restoration was over $3000). He continued to insist that the materials were on order and that he would install them (in my home) once they were delivered. It is now June 2025, 7 months after the secretary was picked up from his workshop and a full FIFTEEN MONTHS after it was delivered to his workshop, and I have had no communication whatsoever and the restoration is, obviously, still incomplete. I have antiques restored on a regular basis and I have never had such a terrible experience. I hesitated to write this review as I believe he is elderly and likely experiencing mental decline based on his behavior. But buyer beware.
