Absolutely fantastic! You couldn't ask for better customer service. We called them at 4:00 pm on a Friday afternoon with our heat pump not functioning. Eddie said he would be here by 5:00 pm, and he was. He said he needed to pickup a replacement part when the store opened at 7:30 am, and then he would be over first thing after that. He texted us the next morning from the store saying he had the part and would be right over. He was here by 8:00 am and fixed our problem straight away. We had no AC in the house, I am 34 weeks pregnant, and the summers have been brutal. We called EC Air and they were out there the following week to give us an estimate. Out of the 5 estimates we got, they were right in our budget. We were hesitant at first because you hear "you get what you pay for" but so far we have been very happy with our choice. Eddie walked us through everything and provided us with information to be able to make the best decision for what we needed. We purchased a 2-ton mini split for our living area. After he came and did the walkthrough estimate, we changed the location of where we wanted the unit. He was flexible and accommodating to the change. They had planned to install the unit all in one day, but due to an issue with materials, they had to finish the job the next day. They were very punctual on both days and did their best to get the work done quickly. They were respectful of my home and did not leave a mess behind! Found this company through a friend. Was surprised by the quick response for a routine service of my air conditioning. Eddie arrived on time and went right to work. I had some concerns after our last service when the previous company told me some items needed replaced. After Eddie tested the items, he told me they were not needing replacement. One of the units in the attic is not easy to reach and Eddie told me it had not been cleaned by the previous company. Price was fair and service was amazing. read more
