That level of responsiveness is rare, and it immediately took the stress out of the situation. What really stood out this time was how far above and beyond he went. While replacing the water heater, Khan replaced all of the old piping at no extra cost and also removed rusted wiring he noticed along the way. He didn't have to do that, but he cared enough to make sure everything was safe and done properly. Khan is consistently friendly, patient, and incredibly helpful.
