I almost don't want to give a review because I love EC Wilson Meat 2 Go so much. They have such a great selection and it's priced so well that it's hard to beat. Yes, if you compare certain things to big chain supermarkets, you'll find better deals elsewhere, but EC Wilson has wayyy better quality meat. You can pick up Wagyu here, bone marrow, and even things like Iberico pork. I only wish they had more Australian Wagyu since IMO tastes better than Japanese A5 and also is easier on the wallet. Even their chicken is great. Like I said, you can get cheaper stuff elsewhere, but you can really taste the difference and feel the difference in quality of meat. I typically get the chicken thighs and duck breasts from here. All in all, if you're looking for a meat dealer, can't go wrong with EC Wilson. read more

Go to their website and place your order. Yes, it's more expensive than the meat you get from Safeway, but the taste is well worth it. Not to mention this is not fast-food-quality farming, these animals are primarily grass-fed. I cooked some rib eyes for my son, and didn't tell him where I got the meat, and he couldn't stop commenting about how much more flavorful these steaks were. If you really want a treat, get the scallops....if they were offered in a smaller quantity (they come frozen in a fairly large package), I'd have them every week. The salmon is top quality too. I always keep several packages of their ground beef in the fridge. Can't comment on the chicken, we don't eat it. I did order prime rib for Christmas last year, and it was a real treat. I love this place. I'll keep ordering; maybe someday I'll get a tomahawk. read more

Had passed this business a couple times after COVID hit and decided to give them a try (their sandwich board is a little hard to read but worth it). Their website has a nice variety of products. They generally only sell to restaurants but since a lot of them aren't open regular consumers can reap the benefits. We haven't cooked a lot out of our NW Prime Steak Enthusiast pack but I will 1000% vouch for the thick cut bacon we ordered as an add on. It melts in your mouth even when you cook it on the crispier side and the bacon fat is phenomenal to cook with later on. They are very prompt in getting your order together and very friendly when bringing it out to your car. I highly recommend you check them out. Prices are very reasonable for what you get. read more

Ordered some steaks and other things, quality was amazing, just like what you would get in an expensive restaurant. Much better than Costco or what you would get at Outback Steakhouse, and they don't have shortages. You place your order online, then pay the invoice, and show up. Call them when you get there, and they will bring it out and put it in your trunk. Very good experience, tell your friends who are having trouble finding meat at the grocery stores! read more

Lived in the area all my life and always noticed this curious looking warehouse building. Love they sell GREAT quality meat to regular home cooks like me! Made my order online, mostly on the hunt for a reasonable priced, really good quality brisket for BBQ, and boy was it delicious! Also got a 12 pk of cut to order steaks on summer sale, thick cut bacon, a few chuck roast on sale....lol. Very impressed with the quality, all vacuum sealed. Steaks hand cut and individually seal (as stated on their site) to order. Grilled steaks several sunny summer nights for my family and also shared with my parents. Made beef ragu pappardelle with the chuck. Baked the bacon in the oven and totally over cooked it, so disappointed in myself because the edges were all burnt, but you know what my family all tried them, then I tried a piece, Loved them, every single crispy salty piece eaten:) great bacon even when it gets destroyed. Order to take approximately 48hrs to fill, since I had the steaks that had to be cut and packaged to order, but I got a email by 10:30 the next day it was ready! Drove down, backed up, called the number, nice worker answered phone and got a masked employee right out to me, loaded my car and closed my trunk. It was great! read more

Well. After some sleuthing with Western Boxed Meat down in Portland, I was given this number of this store in hopes that they might sell one of my favorite products...XLNT tamales. BTW, the folks at Western Boxed Meat are STELLAR; they can (and do) offer superb customer service, with huge smiles on the other end of the line. Not so with E C Wilson Co. I called 'em up...to be honest, I was pretty hopeful that they could either sell 'em to me or point me in the right direction. Jason answered the phone and I explained what I wanted to buy. He coldly stated "Not Interested" and hung up with a resounding "CLICK". What a complete and utter bastard! I was trying to buy something from him, not sell him something. Heaven forgive me for thinking that generating a revenue stream for a business is a radical, new concept (sarcasm implied). Well, these folks won't be seeing my business...they shouldn't see yours, either. Bunch of jerks! How can someone just hang up on a potential customer? Riddle me that! read more

Been using this place to purchase my doggies food for quite some time now :) They have always been really prompt, friendly and cheap for what I purchase (2-3 30# boxes of turkey necks for my dog). They also gave me a full list of what they offer and I have yet to purchase other things from them but would like to when the bbq season starts up again :) I used to go to a meat wholesale company in Tukwila, but they could no longer assist me with what I needed.
