I don't know what they are but I can say red and green sauces. They're delicious!

The service was friendly and welcoming. I ordered Lengua tacos and tried their two sauces. How delicious they are!!! I'm definitely coming back on Tuesdays after workout which is only a mile from my gym on the way home!!

Fresh concha's straight out of the oven. Super hot and fluffy.

They are so amazing and friendly! Got some amazing carne asada from their deli, and they have us fresh baked good to try as a thank you for coming in! They made us feel super welcome. We will be back and recommend to all of our friends!

This is my favorite Mexican spot. They've got a huge variety on the menu and it's all so good. My fav is their queso birria with consome, carnitas & chorizo mix burrito, and their carnitas tacos. The people there are super friendly too. 100% recommend, this will be your fav Mexican food spot.

Tacos al pastor with some onion, cilantro, grilled pineapple and grilled onions. Radishes and limes on the side. Just wonderful! Don't expect a full menu after 6 when the tacos start because it takes their whole kitchen to keep up with the tacos.. but seriously who needs anything else when you have tacos? ..and these tacos are amazing!

Food- **** Service- ***** Ambiance- ** Parking- **** Rancho Grande is the real deal. It's definitely an authentic experience. Is the food refined? I wouldn't say so. I would say it's like being invited to a Mexican family dinner prepared by Lolitas. Big portions, big flavors, lovely service. I would not hesitate to stop by when I'm in the area.

a true hole in the wall inside the Rancho Grande mercado and carniceria. the clientele are 98% latino. the food is not dumbed down. birria is served every day. the tacos are substantial. after my meal, i wander into the carniceria and buy a big fat chicarone to take home for a late night snack.

Hole in the wall street taco place, with an outdoor taco stand setup on the weekends open til 1am (is what I've heard), complete with adobada tacos al pastor. They even have suadero! All delish but the carne asada was surprisingly disappointing. They also have a variety of red and green salsas. They take cash but also can run your credit card inside the store. $12 for 8 street tacos, what a deal! I'll be back.

I was out running some errands and I recalled a social media post about breakfast burritos…read more I love breakfast burrito, so I thought let's check it out. The store itself is very cute and more importantly, clean with no funky smells. The real star however is the selection which is fabulous I was warmly greeted and asked if I had any questions. When I said, I was still looking she had suggested that when I was ready to let them know or if I have any questions. The goods - They have a variety of meats and seafood along with some other items like locally produce jams and dairy. The meats all look very fresh. They also have breakfast burritos and fresh soup. I grabbed a couple of burritos and picked up a Kalamata olive, feta stuffed chicken breast for later Before I forget, they had dog treats! There were duck feet and trachea and bully sticks and some other things. I brought home a bully stick for my dog because he is a good dog. Anyway, I look forward to returning and picking up and trying more of the options The hardest part? Deciding what to buy as the selection was great.

Let me tell you about me and Jerky. I started making my own about 25 years ago and I have to tell…read moreyou, it's pretty damn amazing. Problem is, I use a dehydrator. So despite the flavor being a 10, the texture and smoke flavor suffer. In addition to making a jerky that friends and family love, I have purchased jerky from about every possible website, and local butcher, so when I tell you I know quality jerky, I am certified. I passed this place last summer on my way to a concert at Remlinger Farms. I said I would double back and today was that day. Small shop, but enough space to have a reasonable selection of meats. I was extremely impressed with their exotic meats. Can't say I'd be a customer for ground rabbit, but I do know people that love to make pet food or snacks from exotic offerings. Being a fan of heat, I checked for hot links and spicy smoked offerings, but the selection there was limited. I think I saw about 6 people behind the counter. And besides myself there was one customer who was being helped. For some reason I was ignored for a few minutes, but once I made eye contact with someone it because clear, ignoring me was no longer an option. Once served, I have to say the service improved. The main person I spoke with might have been an owner, if not, he had to be a manger. He provided me with sample of the jerky's and pepperoni. I tried the Colorado and Spicy Jerky. The spicy jerky had a tiny kick, not nearly as much as advertised, but I didn't dig the flavor. The Colorado, which was just a standard smoked jerky was the winner. It was salty and savory and reminded of the jerky that Hickory Farms used to sell in store. Not the bagged retail stuff, they used to have a large jar with smoked jerky for sale. It reminded me of another favorite. There is a place in Shelton called Home Meat Service, that has a jerky that is well worth the drive. The pepperoni, was a little dry, lacked snap and salt, but still had promise. I got Jerky, pepperoni and Hot Italian Sausage. I cooked the sausage for breakfast, it was ok, but nothing special. This could have been a 5-star experience, but the slow recognition really bothered me. I don't believe that would have been the case had I looked more like the common customer. I read the reviews before coning here and several spoke about the warm welcome they got, so again it's clear to me, when comfortable, they treat customers like family.

In long: It's a ways from town, which means freeway time and maybe a little savings in the end. It's on a long straight country road, and has that Hollywood-western façade that makes tourists feel like they've gone someplace new. Inside, there's a smallish room with a bunch of freezer cases that you open from the top to reach in. Understand, much of the retail inventory here is frozen. You can get some good prices on a few things, and the stock must change somewhat now and then. Their webshop lists a couple hundred different items for sale and there's no way there are that many in the physical store. Like most independent butchers, they don't have Prime grade meats for most of their selections most days. Buying power at big-box/warehouse stores is where you have to turn for Prime most of the time. We found steaks, pork chops, and snack sticks at good prices. The staff were nice, but the guy who seemed to be the boss was more into answering phone calls. Word has it locally that these guys offer good specials from time to time. Bottom line, if you're local, this place can help supplement your grocery shopping. It's a long drive to pay roughly the same prices I already pay at the butcher's, and with not much Prime to choose from, it really comes down to processing a whole/half animal to get the most out of this place.

In short We haven't had this kind of shopping around here,…read morelet alone focused in one store. This is where you get the super-nice meat and fish that supermarkets and big-box stores don't have. And their house-made fish dips are amazing. In long It's a little strip mall by the Speedway that would be kinda sleepy except for the drive-through coffee line constantly forming around the whole building. E&O have the end unit. You walk in to a shelf full of solid-value wines, mostly local, aimed to pair with whatever you might take home with you to cook. The ceilings are high, and the walls and floors are all spotless white. No decorations, very little merchandising, if any. There's a long butcher case on the left full of all kinds of crazy treats. Prawns the size of bratwursts. Steaks, roasts, different fish. They skip most of the stuff that supermarkets carry and focus only on more-specialty stuff. Their stock is either a nicer version or it's something that's unavailable elsewhere. You do pay for quality like this on some of the stuff, but if you're cooking a meal you're really looking forward to, the value makes it reasonable. Not everything is expensive, either. They had fresh lemons on the case for 40% less than the supermarket up the street. They had reds, whites, bubblies, and pinks in the wine section with every bottle under $20. And those fish dips, man. I'm surprised they don't sell out by afternoon every day. We had wild salmon and black cod dips before dinner last night, and both were fantastic. They're very well balanced, so maybe you could add hot sauce or fresh herbs to taste, but we've had them several times and never felt compelled to tune them up. The dudes behind the butcher case have decades of industry experience, and they couldn't be nicer, more patient, or more helpful. I love shopping here.

We ordered the 4 Meats and 4 Sides Meal for 4 to 6 plus 2lbs of Pork Ribs. See our pictures to see what we picked up. We liked how the items were separated with foil. Hot items were hot and cold items were cold, as expected. We were asked if we needed plastic ware or plates, which we did not. They still put in plenty of napkins and some wet wipes. The food? Pork Spare Ribs - 5 - Nice smokey flavor and very tender. Really didn't need sauce but we had plenty of mild and spicy on hand. Links - 5 - Good textures and excellent flavors. They gave us both flavors because they had run out of the one we ordered. Yay for us! Chicken Thighs - 5 - Thick, meaty, juicy thighs. Tri-tip - 5 - Very tender. Beef Brisket - 4 - I forgot to ask for "Juicy" and some of our slices were on the drier side. That's my bad. Smashed Potato Salad - 5 - Excellent! Cole Slaw - 5 - As expected. Cowboy Caviar - 5 - I don't remember trying this before so I don't know how it compares to that of others, but we liked it just fine. Would we order it again? Maybe but I missed having Mac & Cheese too. Collards - 4 - Tender but a tad salty on the back end for me.
