I don't know what they are but I can say red and green sauces. They're delicious!

The service was friendly and welcoming. I ordered Lengua tacos and tried their two sauces. How delicious they are!!! I'm definitely coming back on Tuesdays after workout which is only a mile from my gym on the way home!!

Fresh concha's straight out of the oven. Super hot and fluffy.

They are so amazing and friendly! Got some amazing carne asada from their deli, and they have us fresh baked good to try as a thank you for coming in! They made us feel super welcome. We will be back and recommend to all of our friends!

This is my favorite Mexican spot. They've got a huge variety on the menu and it's all so good. My fav is their queso birria with consome, carnitas & chorizo mix burrito, and their carnitas tacos. The people there are super friendly too. 100% recommend, this will be your fav Mexican food spot.

Tacos al pastor with some onion, cilantro, grilled pineapple and grilled onions. Radishes and limes on the side. Just wonderful! Don't expect a full menu after 6 when the tacos start because it takes their whole kitchen to keep up with the tacos.. but seriously who needs anything else when you have tacos? ..and these tacos are amazing!

Food- **** Service- ***** Ambiance- ** Parking- **** Rancho Grande is the real deal. It's definitely an authentic experience. Is the food refined? I wouldn't say so. I would say it's like being invited to a Mexican family dinner prepared by Lolitas. Big portions, big flavors, lovely service. I would not hesitate to stop by when I'm in the area.

a true hole in the wall inside the Rancho Grande mercado and carniceria. the clientele are 98% latino. the food is not dumbed down. birria is served every day. the tacos are substantial. after my meal, i wander into the carniceria and buy a big fat chicarone to take home for a late night snack.

Hole in the wall street taco place, with an outdoor taco stand setup on the weekends open til 1am (is what I've heard), complete with adobada tacos al pastor. They even have suadero! All delish but the carne asada was surprisingly disappointing. They also have a variety of red and green salsas. They take cash but also can run your credit card inside the store. $12 for 8 street tacos, what a deal! I'll be back.

If you come in here looking for an authentic Mexican market and restaurant, you are going to be pleasantly surprised. This place is definitely authentic and has all the things you would want in a Mexican grocery. The Carniceria had the thin cuts of meat, the grocery had brands you would see in Mexico and the restaurant had tasty tacos! I will be back.

We chose Darren for a variety of reasons, but the main reason was Darren himself. He is the rare combination of an experienced professional and an eager learner of new things. He is also a darn good listener and nice human being! He offered many good suggestions and was full of ideas. Super busy people (and Darren is super busy) are often impatient and quick to show you the door. Not Darren. He shows in many ways that the customer is the most important thing. That, and doing professional work. Marzolf Meats did an excellent job on our four Mangalitsa Hogs. The whole crew was helpful, efficient and fun! They were flexible with all of our crazy special requests. We were two farms and four customers, and they handled each customer's personal requests perfectly. All three people who worked with Darren reported the same thing: "This guy is great, and super nice!" And, the price was fair and exactly as advertised. Marzolf Meats has some unique capabilities. They can do both USDA and WSDA processing. They have a state of the art de-hairing machine. Their hanging facilities and freezer are large, and well maintained. It was the start of a beautiful Butcher/Friendship for us. Invest the time with them and it will be for you too. Brian D. Enumclaw

I also love the rice cakes. def ask for lettuce on the side to make your own wraps! we usually just order a la carte because were mostly here for the bbq and dont want to fill up on sides - but the feasts option (with stew, egg, and kimchi fried rice) is an insane amount of food - so also worth checking it out if you want to eat a meal vs just meats :)

We ordered the 4 Meats and 4 Sides Meal for 4 to 6 plus 2lbs of Pork Ribs. See our pictures to see what we picked up. We liked how the items were separated with foil. Hot items were hot and cold items were cold, as expected. We were asked if we needed plastic ware or plates, which we did not. They still put in plenty of napkins and some wet wipes. The food? Pork Spare Ribs - 5 - Nice smokey flavor and very tender. Really didn't need sauce but we had plenty of mild and spicy on hand. Links - 5 - Good textures and excellent flavors. They gave us both flavors because they had run out of the one we ordered. Yay for us! Chicken Thighs - 5 - Thick, meaty, juicy thighs. Tri-tip - 5 - Very tender. Beef Brisket - 4 - I forgot to ask for "Juicy" and some of our slices were on the drier side. That's my bad. Smashed Potato Salad - 5 - Excellent! Cole Slaw - 5 - As expected. Cowboy Caviar - 5 - I don't remember trying this before so I don't know how it compares to that of others, but we liked it just fine. Would we order it again? Maybe but I missed having Mac & Cheese too. Collards - 4 - Tender but a tad salty on the back end for me. We had plenty of leftovers after dinner, so we boiled some asparagus, toasted some Hawaiian Rolls, fried some eggs, air fried some hash browns and reheated some of the meats for breakfast. Mmmm!
