After I flagged this with my insurance adjuster, the shop issued a revised estimate, but the replacement parts were still wrong: a black bumper instead of my vehicle's original bronze one, and a red tow hook that does not match my Jeep at all. When I came to pick up my vehicle before authorizing any repairs, I was told I owed $138 for the estimate, though I don't recall being given a written estimate or signing an authorization for that specific charge when I dropped the vehicle off. My insurance adjuster ended up covering the fee so I could get my Jeep back. I was glad to get my vehicle back without repairs I didn't approve, but between the repeated part errors and the surprise charge, this was a frustrating experience.

My car spun around one and a half times on the freeway before crashing into the center divider with so much force that it practically split in half. The freeway was shut down, and the officers told me I should not have survived. No exaggeration--the first person I called was him. I work in Lancaster and live near Woodland Hills, and he took care of arranging the proper specialized tow for my electric Mercedes EQS all the way from Lancaster to my home. At a moment when I was terrified, shaken, and had no idea what to do next, he made me feel safe and taken care of. The best comparison I can give is that he is like a great doctor with an exceptional bedside manner. He is knowledgeable and skilled, but just as importantly, he is calm, compassionate, and trustworthy.
