Which, I will admit, had me worried. But money is tight these days so I rolled the dice and just decided to watch them like a hawk. The only surprise was that there were no surprises! They did exactly what they said they'd do. And when they said they'd do it. For the money they said they'd charge. And didn't leave a mess behind. The roof looks like it never happened. We've had a few big winds since with no sign of loose panels or leakage. So I can find no reason NOT to give this company the full 5 stars. Job well done. I wouldn't hesitate to call them again should I have the need. You'd be wise to do the same.

Then he called us at work, sounding drunk in the middle of the day, and threatened to take our house and have his friends in the sherriffs office remove us if we didn't pay. We had to refinance our house, and even though we paid the creep in full, he still tried to sue us and take our house. We shared our experience with some of our friends and found out that we aren't the only ones he's done this to.

I think if they don't want to talk to customers or even acknowledge us with any greeting, they should find another job.
