At BIMA, they provide quality education that not only focuses on martial art techniques, but also discipline and respect (for the instructors, the facility, the experience, and one another). The instructors are great with kids. They are firm, but gentle. They seem to really care about each student's success. And, as a result, BIMA kids are really engaged in their education. When my son registered in a tournament, one of the coaches went to the tournament to mentor him, which was really awesome. The assignment is not why I'm writing this review, but because of the way he treated my wife. She was kind and diplomatic, but he didn't show the same level of respect. He went to this supposed new location at the claimed new address but there is no fight gym in this shopping center. My family member wanted to cancel his membership since the business doesn't exist anymore. So he called to cancel his membership and Xavier told him to email Heather to cancel it. He emailed Heather multiple times to cancel it, and there was never a response. He went back to the claimed new address again to talk to someone in person, but there still was no such business in this shopping center. He continued to be charged monthly for a membership. His membership was always month-to-month by the way, which was set up by Heather and approved by Mike, the owner, who were both present in person when my family member signed up. This business that is apparently not in business anymore continued charging him, and he ultimately lost several hundred dollars.
