He said in front of Godfrey we would rebed the softener at no charge and come out today to test the water. Jimmy shows up and proceeds to tell me, now he is going to charge me. The system we bought was supposed to last 7-8 years but needs to be replaced now. I asked why they didn't sell us a system that would work better. He said, "Hindsight is 20/20." He said the filter needs to be 18" instead of 12". Justified the fact that the maintenance people didn't change the filter because it was hard to open!!! Again, why did they install the wrong type. I told him we rely on experts to tell us what we need, we would have bought the system they told us would be best for our water. He told me he would send us three options to correct the fart smell: a good, better and best. Good turns out to be the free rebedding he offered this morning when I spoke to him in his office with his tech Godfrey. That turns out to be the "good" option at $1500. The best involved buying new waters systems, with the "best" being $9000. We are not spending anymore money with this company. We wasted too much money on subpar equipment and work. Restored Water Treatment sent this picture when he came out to fix our system. It needed to be cleaned and some of the system was installed in the wrong order. We didn't need a new system, just a reworking of our current one. The kinestico head was junk and had to be replaced.

Jason and Tiffany really worked with us to make it possible to be taken care of. As a single income family in this economy its hard and we are scraping by, they really made an effort to help when it was needed. I was scheduled for between 12 and 4pm a few days later and the driver arrived at 12:15. He spent quite awhile pumping out my tank and informing me all along what he was doing and what to do for the future or look out for. The driver only wanted to do his best for me. I know I will have to relay the information to my parent's, whose home was being serviced, so I loved the fact that when I asked questions, he was patient and simple with his explantation to what the issue was. I appreciate that he didn't make it sound like if we didn't get further work done right then and there, that the tank would "explode!" which is the feeling I get from other services (from plumbing, electrical, car maintenance, etc) if you don't do an extra $1k+ of work. He let me know what the next step would be and I feel comfortable knowing that I can make a good decision with the information given. I will definitely be using them in the future and have already recommended them to friends an family.

We had a clogged kitchen drain and called this company out to clear the drain. After several hours…read moreand nearly $300 later, they did not correct the problem. They kept telling us that we needed to pay for a bunch of diagnostics to figure out the problem. Kept insisting there was a broken pipe somewhere. Thankfully, we did not pay for additional diagnostics, and the next day we called another company out, who cleared the clog in 15 minutes. The original technician that came out from Du-All obviously did not know what he was doing. Seemed extremely inexperienced. My husband proceeded to call Du-All to try and get a refund, and was told that a manager would call him back. Two weeks later, we still have not received a call from a manager. Do not use this company.
