Water smells like farts and has for the last month and a half but nothing has been done, even though they have been here three times to "fix" the problem. I spoke to the owner today. He said in front of Godfrey we would rebed the softener at no charge and come out today to test the water. Jimmy shows up and proceeds to tell me, now he is going to charge me. The system we bought was supposed to last 7-8 years but needs to be replaced now. I asked why they didn't sell us a system that would work better. He said, "Hindsight is 20/20." He said the filter needs to be 18" instead of 12". Justified the fact that the maintenance people didn't change the filter because it was hard to open!!! Again, why did they install the wrong type. I told him we rely on experts to tell us what we need, we would have bought the system they told us would be best for our water. He told me he would send us three options to correct the fart smell: a good, better and best. Good turns out to be the free rebedding he offered this morning when I spoke to him in his office with his tech Godfrey. That turns out to be the "good" option at $1500. The best involved buying new waters systems, with the "best" being $9000. We are not spending anymore money with this company. We wasted too much money on subpar equipment and work. Restored Water Treatment sent this picture when he came out to fix our system. It needed to be cleaned and some of the system was installed in the wrong order. We didn't need a new system, just a reworking of our current one. The kinestico head was junk and had to be replaced.

They do business the old fashion way, like a company should; by taking care of the customer and informing them upfront of what to expect with no gimmicks etc. - just honesty. That alone is commendable. Ive never owned a home with a septic tank & had heard horror stories so was anxious when I called. Samantha was courteous and walked me through the process. I was scheduled for between 12 and 4pm a few days later and the driver arrived at 12:15. He spent quite awhile pumping out my tank and informing me all along what he was doing and what to do for the future or look out for. The driver only wanted to do his best for me. We had a clogged kitchen drain and called this company out to clear the drain. After several hours…read moreand nearly $300 later, they did not correct the problem. They kept telling us that we needed to pay for a bunch of diagnostics to figure out the problem. Kept insisting there was a broken pipe somewhere. Thankfully, we did not pay for additional diagnostics, and the next day we called another company out, who cleared the clog in 15 minutes. The original technician that came out from Du-All obviously did not know what he was doing. Seemed extremely inexperienced. My husband proceeded to call Du-All to try and get a refund, and was told that a manager would call him back. Two weeks later, we still have not received a call from a manager. Do not use this company.
