After a bit of hunting around last April, I found a listing on eCarOne's website for a 2022 Model S Palladium, fully loaded with lifetime FSD, as well as a very rare build spec. I decided to give them a shot, and was definitely not left disappointed. I can honestly say this was one of the easiest car-buying experiences I've had, especially making the switch from a Yukon Denali over to a Model S (very uncommon, no?). eCarOne guaranteed to match the trade-in offer of CarMax BEFORE they appraised my trade-in, and furthermore completely matched CarMax's offer (a very generous one, by the way) with no questions asked. The sales department, and my sales representative, Adam, were fantastic to work with from start to finish--professional, completely straightforward, and negotiable. As always, there may be some add-ons, but after some negotiations, eCarOne willingly lowered their non-haggle price just to ensure a smooth and easy sale! (Plus they gave a few extra add-ons included with the price!) Where eCarOne's experience really started to shine, though, was after purchasing. Most places usually leave you with whatever problems the car has. eCarOne did the exact opposite: I noticed the 3rd brake light had started to go out, amidst a couple of other minor issues. eCarOne fully covered the cost of my repairs AFTER I had purchased the vehicle, a bill of $2.4k if I had paid out of pocket. Furthermore, any inconveniences caused by this repair were also covered by their team. I am beyond astonished and impressed at this level of customer service. A few months later and the car is absolutely perfect! If you're looking for a dealership that actually respects your time and their customers, I highly recommend and urge you to look at eCarOne, the sales department, and most importantly Adam and the manager, Michael, for standing behind their cars to the fullest extent. I would absolutely buy from them again, and highly recommend checking their cars out!

THIS IS THE PLACE TO COME if you want to sell your car for a good price without getting the run…read morearound. Long story short I found a car at a different dealership that was hard to find, they were a bit stiff and offered me below value what KBB said I could get for my great condition low mileage car with premium package. The dealer where I was getting the car I wanted (I'll just say it - Audi Plano!?#$% Avoid them at all costs if you want a FAIR deal) they offered me a RIDICULOUSLY below average amount - what KBB suggested. I walked out frustrated and tired physically and mentally. Thank God I noticed Carmax nearby and thought Why Not? I walked in, there was very much a dmv feel to it Lots of people, sitting everywhere, lot's of traffic in and out. There was a monitor with peoples names/appointment times at the front desk. I thought, wow how am I going to get an appraisal on a weekend with all these people? When it was my turn the guy was very nice and said no problem, we can do that for you and he re-directed me to the business window which was nearby. I was still skeptical and cranky given what I had been through at another dealership. Business desk had a lot going on too, but they seemed to be in good spirits with each other and the people who approached them! Complete opposite from previous dealer. I was greeted by Micah (sp?) who was seemed relaxed despite the busyness, she told me how appraisals worked in a matter of fact way, when I hesitantly asked how long all this would take, she quickly said it should be no more than 30 mins with a confident smile. I was still skeptical but refused to give away my car for the measly amount the other dealer offered me. Well, I went to the bathroom, people watched and yeah about 30 mins later, she came back with my appraisal quote! way more than MORE than what the stingy dealer down the street was offering me and ABOVE KBB !! If I didn't want the other car so bad at A/P, I would've gladly told them to touch grass! But unfortunately they had what I needed. I would have felt much better to have bought from Carmax, everyone I encountered there was friendly, professional and got things done in a great amount of time! I want to thank Micah again for being so patient with me and explaining things while I was under great personal stress and timelines as well (death in the family, trade in car papers expiring etc). I sold my beloved car to Carmax in Plano, had a GREAT experience from beginning to end and wanted to let them know I appreciate them being a positive part in such a stressful weekend for me. Thanks again!!!! (SH)

The purchase was efficient - I paid their full asking price with no haggling and was out the door in about an hour including financing through one of their preferred lenders. The following morning, I took my newly purchased car to Discount Tire to confirm the condition of the tires and potentially purchase insurance on them and was told that they were at a level that warranted immediate replacement. The tread depth ranged from 2/32 to 5/32. I believed that I had purchased from a reputable dealership and was shocked to find out they would sell me a car with such low tire tread, especially without disclosing it to me. I spent a total of $1,178 dollars replacing the tires. I reached back out to Nick on Monday 7/13 and requested assistance in covering the replacement tires and was told he would run it by "the owners" to see what they could do. I went followed up with him several times over the last 9 days and finally got an answer this morning that they would not do anything for me. I was not expecting that they fully cover brand new tires on a used vehicle but do believe they should share in the cost. Replacing tires that have no life left should be included in the normal cost of refurbishing a car for resale by a dealer.

Review posted by Jeff on Melissa's account:…read more On Friday February 13th, my wife and I visited Sewell BWM of Plano to test drive a BWM X3 and X5 to see which would fit us better. She is recovering from stage 3 breast cancer and we wanted to get her a vehicle she's been dreaming of as a gift for going through chemo and radiation over the past year. It was around 1830 so it was starting to get dusky out, but still had about 1.5 hours until closing. Several cars outside were unlocked but inside the showroom all the SUV's were locked, Go figure! On top of that, we completely walked around inside for 45 minutes (whilst stopping to look at the interior wood trim/carpet/leather samples) and outside but couldn't get anyone to acknowledge our existence. My wife was wearing a slouchy beanie cancer cap since her hair was recovering from being bald....so I don't know if no one thought a sick person should be buying or leasing a BMW. Not a Manager, not a salesperson, not even the lady at the courtesy desk. But yet we saw 4 salespeople talking to a customer & helping transfer items from a trade to new BMW. FOUR! She was hoping to get a female salesperson but not even the two ladies we saw greeted or acknowledged her. It gives me pause to think no one wanted to acknowledge my lady who's gone through Hades the past year who is treating herself for beating and surviving stage 3 cancer. Sickening and appalling, actually! We haven't bought or leased another vehicle yet since she's deciding whether to lease or buy, but it completely turned her off of BWM and all Sewell dealerships period. Which means no Lexus, no Cadillac, no Audi, and no BWM. Thankfully, the Park Place and Crest and other dealerships exist; even if I have to drive to Dallas or Fort Worth or Grapevine. Their slogan should be "I Drive a Stool" because that's the service you'll get if the Ladies look less than healthy and wealthy. I see why a recent review calls the dealership personnel "cocky and arrogant" after a muti-million dollar expansion....because I can imagine how follow-ups and maintenance would be, even on a lease. They harrass there customers. They call several times each day even when the payment is only one day behind. They send mulitiple emails and text messages everyday which is a violation of FDCPA law. I know this because I use to be a collector for "big" banks. Anyhow, I got so fustrusted dealing with them. I gave the car back. But now I have a new car

It was and my dealer sent new contract to Capital One, I've been on the phone with them every day for an hour. They keep pestering me to sign up to their site for new auto account. I refused until they showed correct dollar amount financed. I have been trying to solve this problem since 5/1/26 and they cannot set-up my auto account. User name was rejected, they say they will clear that. Today I got all the way to user name and password but showed my phone number as wrong, which an Agent named Anika, from presidents office noticed but never corrected. Now my first payment is due in 5/12 and they can't correct my phone number for 7 to 12 days ( past my due date). Anika from so called Presidents office gave me her private phone number with Ext. O to directly reach her. It was total B.S.; the number put me through their boiler room of agents who don't speak clear English. Capital One Finance is a Cluster F##ck of incompetent employees and you have to tell the AUTOMATED SYSTEM requesting AGENT several times before you're connected to an agent (never same one) with terrible English. I have a credit card with Capital One for 10 years and have no complaints-very professional. I recommend finding your own finance company and be pre approved before dealing with Capital One before purchasing car. Even though my contract was changed within 24 hours on 5/1/26, the change has not been rectified and when I thought all was resolved, their site shut me out to create account for auto-payments simply because they wrote down wrong phone number. WHAT THE HELL.!!?? They are incompetent CLUSTER F# # K S !!!
