Also, one day I concerned the people at the bank because I sat in my car (working from my phone) for about 45 mins and the associate came out and tapped on my window to check on me! Then the finance pitch, which hides yet more ridiculous fees, despite them figuring out by now that I was probably paying cash and can do math. I'm an out of town buyer. I specifically asked about dents, dings, scratches. No, there are none. Sent *selected* pictures and videos (which cannot be drilled down on). Lots of pressure to just do the deal. "You don't need an inspection, we do one for you." So I got an independent inspection, and when he showed up said he really couldn't comment on paint, etc because it was very dirty. The guy actually offered to come back at no charge later if they cleaned it. The call I got when he returned was "Good thing I came back, there is a large scratch to the primer on the fender." Glad I spent the money on the inspection, but it should have never come to that. Pressure, misleading photos, misrepresented product, and junk fees. Pass on this place, for sure. I think they're just hoping someone is half asleep or stupid.

I will do business with American Express Credit Union... who also offer better rates all around. People, take this seriously, or NFCU will continue acting like BOA, Wells, and Chase... instead of being the credit union we thought they were. User name was rejected, they say they will clear that. Today I got all the way to user name and password but showed my phone number as wrong, which an Agent named Anika, from presidents office noticed but never corrected. Now my first payment is due in 5/12 and they can't correct my phone number for 7 to 12 days ( past my due date). Anika from so called Presidents office gave me her private phone number with Ext. O to directly reach her. It was total B.S.; the number put me through their boiler room of agents who don't speak clear English. Capital One Finance is a Cluster F##ck of incompetent employees and you have to tell the AUTOMATED SYSTEM requesting AGENT several times before you're connected to an agent (never same one) with terrible English. I have a credit card with Capital One for 10 years and have no complaints-very professional. I recommend finding your own finance company and be pre approved before dealing with Capital One before purchasing car. I have never been a member of Navy FUCU. So I immediately went to that location. I was greeted by Selina- I may be off, but her name started with an S. I told her the situation, and I have been a Fraud Investigator for over 10 years. I thought I was being proactive, so the fraud department can be contacted because Navy may be a part of a new fraud ring. She was so rude to me. As I was explaing she told me she can not release any information because I am not a member. I was explaining that, but my SSN is compromised, so all accounts need to be closed, and a fraud investigation needs to be started, and I have all the information from the number that called me, so skip tracing and investigations can be done. But, she refused to take any information. So, I left and went to the Mesquite location, and I was treated even worse. They refused to hear me out. So, if a fraud ring starts with Navy FCU soon and its members are affected, I tried to let them know. I will not recommend a Credit Union like this that does not care or attempt to care about possible fraud that can cause the company a major loss. And I did take all measures to protect my information freeze, placed and fraud alerts placed on all credit bureaus.
