I wasn't quite sure about driving 2 miles off the interstate to come try this one out but the 5 reviews were so positive and the hungry kids in the car are already driving me nuts so we decided to go for it. We arrived and the restaurant is literally a house and so we thought, ahhh... home cooking right up! We walked in and it was spacious inside. The benches/chairs made out of wood pallets is interesting. The lady at the counter said the printed menu is on the wall and there's a dry erase board with the day's special. I went for the chicken pot pie soup; hubby got the lunch special (half broccoli cheddar soup and half buffalo chicken sandwich); older kiddo got the grilled chicken sandwich; and littler one got the ultimate grilled cheese. Everything is just what home cooking should taste like. Very simple but pleasing. I love that they don't over-season the food. I don't like overly salty food anyway so this is perfect. Salt and pepper is provided so y'all have an option to adjust the flavor to your liking. We spoke to the owner before we left and told her I found her on yelp. She said she hasn't even been able to check it. She doesn't yelp and so I told her I'm a yelper. This is yet again another big reason why I rely heavily on yelp reviews because business owners really have no control over who places them on the yelp radar. Anyway, told her she's had 5 stars so far from 5 other yelpers (I'd be the 6th one)! She gave the boys free chocolates for the road and we wished her more success this coming new year! Y'all need to check this place out!!

1/2 club panini and chicken pot pie soup

It's very nice and pretty on the outside and inside it's like a nice cafe, family friendly. The lady who took my order was very sweet and patient because this was my first time here. I got the 1/2 club panini and the chicken pot pie soup. They have an option on the menu to where you can customize your own panini which is what I'll do next time. The club panini is the best panini I've ever had!!!! I like how the is nice and crispy but still golden brown and it's just the right ratio of bread to stuffings. The chicken pot pie soup is good, I will have to add more salt to it but it's good and this is my first time hearing about it. I will be back while down here!!!!

Dropped in after a yoga class, and tried the Veggie Panini. The "Let us Veg". What a nice light lunch option in what is essentially a healthy food desert. The Red vine vinegar dressing was pretty tight as well!

The buffalo chicken sandwich on sourdough bread is delicious!

I had the pimiento cheese panini with bacon and a bowl of French onion soup. This the best restaurant I have been to in Poplarville.

The food is so delicious and the customer service is wonderful! The only thing is that it is a bit overpriced. But it is very clean also!

The coffee was fresh and hot and tasty. No complaints. I had breakfast but if the lunch is half as good then you won't be disappointed. Prices were reasonable for what I got. Be aware, it is a small place and it's good so they are busy. It was crowded but the tables were turning quickly and I didn't have to wait long. The ladies working were all very friendly and were trying hard to accommodate everyone. They don't have any 2-top tables or a counter so I ended up sharing a larger table with some folks who sat at the other end. Not a problem for me, but some people don't like that. It's tucked into a small shopping strip in plain view of the road but still you might miss it driving by. Parking was easy even though they were busy. I am looking forward to going back to try some different menu items. Highly recommended.

My daughter ordered eggs and hash browns with toast. We all very much enjoyed. Will definitely return this trip. Service was excellent. Price was affordable and well worth the visit. All agree this was a great breakfast!

It was a colder day and so the seating options were limited but I bet this place is fantastic in the warmer temps because they have a lot of nice outside seating available. I ordered the breakfast burrito and it was excellent. I also got a rosemary honey latte with oat milk and I highly recommend it! The prices are very fair and portions are excellent. If you're concerned about parking, there are spots available in the lot next to the building and they also have plenty of nearby street parking. I found that out as I was exiting the train via their website. I was pretty disappointed, since there were literally no breakfast places around and the train drops you off at like 9am. I even asked the customer service person at the exit of the train, and nothing. Bay Saint louis would make bank with a 7 day a week breakfast place. Anyway, we came here regardless of no food to get some wake up juice. There were so many flavors and different combinations to try, let along the alcohol coffees. So, I decided on the Belfast Brew. It had Jameson in it and Irish cream. It was sooooo pretty when it arrived! Like a dessert! We sat in the couches and just chatted, very relaxing and no rush to be anywhere. There were a few people here so I can imagine it probably much busier later in the week. I have thought about this coffee many times since I had it and I wish something like this existed in New Orleans. It really was one of the best 'Irish coffees' I have ever had!
