Second time using them. Bosch repairman told us our freezer was not working due to an installation issue after custom panels were put on. He didn't even bother looking carefully at it. We called Sean to come out and help us figure out why because their previous installation was great. After giving the freezer a thorough overview, they determined that a back clasp was not hooked properly and that solved the problem. He also pulled out a broken pin that they told us about the first time they were out that the Bosch repairman also missed. Super happy and fingers crossed that the problem is solved. read more

I am a little late writing this review - but better late than never! Kyle installed our countertop gas range a couple of months ago. Firstly, he did a very nice job with the installation, he was totally confident and competent! I asked him if he wanted to view the installation book - he chucked and said respectfully - if an installation person has to look at the book you should probably not use him or her :) He was very respectful, careful and clean with the installation. Sean was a pleasure, he showed up on time with a great attitude and ready to work. He brought a coworker to help remove a heavy wall oven which they removed in perfect unison. Both men did a great job of protecting our cabinetry and adjacent finishes. The oven was quickly removed and Sean was able to diagnosis the problem which was a manufacture's issue. I did not expect to receive a diagnosis and was very happy to hear that the company I bought the oven from had misdiagnosed the issue because no one else has been able to. Sean even had contact information for the company I bought the oven from and suggested that since the oven was still in warranty we may want to have it replaced in lieu of a repair. Since then we have made arrangements with the company we purchased the oven from for a replacement. Called Eclipse for a quote on a new hood I had purchased from Home Depot. Sean said he'd be by between 10 and 11 and that he'd call half hour prior to let me know he was on his way. He called the next day and showed up when he said. He had all the tools and hardware necessary to do the job. He climbed through my attic to re-rout the vents since I had moved my stove to a different location. He also had to add a plug for the new hood location. Sean and Kyle are best of the best. I purchased a dishwasher on Lowe's. It was delivered at last Friday. And Lowe's will not install it until Wednesday. I was desperate because I have a lot of dishes piled up. I started to scribe installation companies anywhere close by to get anyone come in today. I passed across Eclipse but did not call it because of several bad reviews. Then I called several other services and all ended up disappointed. Out of panic, I finally called Eclipse. I picked up my new over-the-range microwave from Lowe's at 11:00 AM, and called Eclipse at 12:00 noon to set up an installation appointment. Sean, the owner of Eclipse, arrived at 6:00 PM the same day, with an installation technician-in-training. Sean trains all his employees himself. The tech removed my old machine and its support brackets, put all old items in the truck, installed new brackets and microwave, all within 30 minutes. Quick, efficient, super professional. Their price of $100 I think is quite reasonable. Interestingly, when they first arrived, I asked Sean if they took the toll road. He replied that they had to because of the bad freeway traffic. I asked how much was the toll. When he said $10, I told him to add it onto his bill. He refused! Wow! Integrity to boot! read more

Scheduled a vent hood installation with Sean. Easy process and appreciated Sean's professionalism and his price was in line with others I reached out to. Sean showed up on time and clearly he is a pro with these vent hood installs. Here's where it gets a bit muddy. My vent hood had to be cut to fit my low kitchen ceiling. Sean stated he cannot and will not cut the vent hood stack even though there are youtube videos that clearly show this is done all the time and with relative ease. We mutually decided to go our separate ways and I had another installer come out and cut the vent hood stack in 7 minutes with a small dremel saw. Very clean and zero install issues. I gave Sean 4 stars for being a true professional and walking away from the job that he was not comfortable doing. Make sure to consult with Sean before he comes out if you need any metal fabrication completed prior to install. read more
