This company should not be doing business anymore. Bad service no communication. Wasting time of customer. My appliance was ready for pick up for 2 weeks and nobody pick it up. I called like 100 times no pick up too.now they give appointment that is 2 weeks out. No sure why the owner run business like this. Avoid at all cost so you don't waste your time. From what I read, the installer may not even know what they doing. I don't want Eclipse to break my expensive appliance so I will cancel the service even though the store refuse to refund me for the installation fee. Please don't take every jobs from Homedepot and Lowe if you don't have a capacity and capability to do it. Hi Sean, In response to your post: Yes, this matter was resolved, but that doesn't mean it should be brushed under the rug. After Stephanie denied any culpability, and you, the manager, refused to return my calls and texts for three weeks, I reported the issue to Maytag/Whirlpool. I spoke to reps on the phone, filled out their requisite forms and they seemingly pressured you to take responsibility for the mistakes by your installers. Those guys, by the way, as I told Stephanie, were great. Hardworking, well-intentioned, they just made a couple honest reparable mistakes. It's upper management that I am reviewing. Indeed a few days after my call to Maytag, your surrogate, Stephanie, called me willing to pay the damages based on a very cheap guy to re-sand and seal the threshold and a new door handle for less than I originally paid. The frustration and reason for Yelping in the first place was your complete unwillingness to even talk and a dismissive handling of the situation. You picked the wrong guy to spar with. My father has written seven NY Times best selling books on business practices and management. I was raised with customer service in my blood. So when I'm confronted with poor, actually insulting, customer service, my antenna goes up. Yes, you did resolve the matter and pay to have the repairs done. Thank you. But not until I reported the issue and your conduct to Maytag, and they admitted that you were in fact, in the wrong. Otherwise, you would have left me in the lurch. And that's not the way good customer service is taught in business books or in life. read more

The absolute worst experience EVER. So difficult to get an appointment. My first delivery with them the replacement refrigerator showed up damaged I refused the unit on 12/1 (see picture below)New unit arrived at Eclipse Appliance on 12/5 they couldn't deliver until 12/23 - 18 days later I explained I've been without a refrigerator since before Thanksgiving and was basically told oh well that's when they could deliver the unit. I asked for an AM delivery and was told they couldn't accommodate that request, mind you this is 18 days out. I get a text message the night before delivery with a time window of 3-5pm on 12/23 at 3:30pm I get a call that the driver is running extremely behind and won't arrive until closer to 7pm (which is now way past delivery window) I call Stephanie and explain I have an event to be at and can't wait could I please get it the next day or 1 day this week 12/29 or 12/30 and was told no now I need to wait until 1/19. This is absolutely ridiculous. Horrible customer service and a very poor way to run a business. Followed up this morning with Stephanie who still hasn't responded (see text chain in pictures below). read more

I purchased a new wall oven from Home Depot and they contracted the measure for fit and subsequent installation to Eclipse Appliance Installation and I could not be happier with the results. I knew I had problems with the existing gas line configuration and the guy who came to measure (wish I had his name) took the time to really access the situation and made sure to review what was needed to be done by my plumber. He pointed out there was an existing capped gas line behind the oven that could be used to help with the configuration problem. Bonus- he was here exactly at the beginning of the two hour window I was given! The two guys who came to do the installation did an absolutely fantastic job. They arrived early in the two hour window I was given. They were totally professional and knowledgeable. They explained the basics of the oven and made sure I started the one hour bake cycle to burn off the factory coatings so my first use did have food tasting like chemical smoke! The oven fits like a glove and there now mess left behind from a small platform they had to build for the oven. The rate they charged was incredibly reasonable and included the haul off of the old oven. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Eclipse and I am planning to use them when it is time to install a new Wolf Cooktop I am planning for 2025! Great company read more

Last weekend, we had a new dishwasher installed. Douglas, from Eclipse Appliance Installation, contacted us ahead of time and showed up promptly. He introduced himself, was friendly, and personable. Douglas got right to work taking out the old dishwasher, which didn't take him long. i could tell this was not his first BBQ. He had the new one in, in no time, and pointed out the warranty and other information. He tested the dishwasher to make sure all of the connections were tight, which they were. A new refrigerator delivery and installation. My current refrigerator was defective and a replacement was ordered by Whirlpool through Eclipse. At that point, I was contacted by an Eclipse Appliance representative to schedule the delivery and installation. A time frame was provided and the installers arrived as scheduled. The installers, Douglas and Ryan, were extremely professional and courteous. Once the refrigerator was installed, they made sure any questions I had were answered. I am very "picky" and they were very patient with my request in centering the refrigerator to my satisfaction. I was extremely satisfied with the installation and the excellent customer service I received dealing with Eclipse and their installers. It was refreshing to know there is still a company who provides good customer service. Those seem to be far and few between these days. read more

We waited 3 days before we were contacted to set an appointment the time slot was to be the day after we received our appliance but they told us the earliest they could do the install would be 9 days after our delivery I told them that would be to long as we have been without our cook top sense November 26 they said that's all they had available I said that wouldn't work. So the next day I called back to see if there might be a change in their scheduling the voice recording said leave your name and phone number and they would return my call no later than 4 PM no one ever returned by phone call so I called back again and left another phone message and no one ever returned that second phone call either so I'am to assume that they are so much nines that they don't care about customer service and don't need to return your call. I had my Whirlpool refrigerator replaced under warranty, and this company was who performed the work. This review will not cover Whirlpool and their customer service. I was contacted by Eclipse the day my unit arrived at their warehouse and was able to schedule the install by the following week. Their delivery crew communicated when they were on their way and it was within their scheduled arrival time. They were very courteous upon arrival and were VERY careful when delivering the new refrigerator. Home depot uses this company to come out and hook up new appliances purchased fom Home Depot. Eclipse technicians came to my home to convert my new purchased gas range to propane. I had to take a day off work since they only work m-f. The technician sent out was not qualified. He didn't even have the right tools to perform the conversion. He was unable to complete the job, leaving me with NO advice on what to do with the range he was unable to convert. I immediately text Eclipse, this is the way you communicate with them. I also got a hold of home depot letting them know the problem. Since the tech ruined the burners,breaking an orifice, home depot scheduled a time to deliver a new range. A couple days later the manager, Shawn called to set up a time to install/convert the new range. He expected me to take another day off work since they do not work on Saturdays. Since this was Eclipse's MISTAKE, I believe they should have made this problem right. Needless to say,I am looking for an appliance installation company to do the job right. read more

Installation of over the range microwave through Lowes. Sent out 2 guys and realized they couldn't remove the old unit due to custom trims of our cabinetry. Once we had our contractor remove the trim, sent out a other installer, Kevin, the next morning. He worked with us on our more "special" installation and completed it within 1/2 hour. I've used Eclipse twice - for slide in range and wall mounted hood. Dylan and Ryan did a great job. Dylan is a good communicator who keeps you informed at every step. Left everything clean and tidy. I appreciate their info about appliances in general, who knows more about appliances than installers! If you are new to installs, keep in mind that the initial estimate is just that, don't hire someone just on price. My install required a new outlet and trimming ceiling molding which of course added to the cost. Eclipse does a great job and Stephanie and the office crew is also great. read more

Purchased dishwasher appliance from Lowe's. Lowe's contracted with Eclipse to deliver and install the product. Eclipse had very poor communication throughout entire process and took them multiple weeks just to reach out for scheduling the delivery, and another couple weeks for delivery/installation date. 1st attempt at installation, eclipse technician removed existing dishwasher prior to inspecting new dishwasher only to find out the product was damaged and had to reinstall old dishwasher. It took another 3 weeks to reschedule 2nd attempt installation appointment. Technicians were supposed to arrive within a 2 hour delivery window that they determined on morning of delivery. Technician did not show up until 2 hours after delivery windows. I wish Lowe's provided alternative options for delivery/installation companies especially after a failed 1st delivery/installation attempt with Eclipse. read more
