I've wanted to try this place out for a while when they were mobile so I'm super glad they have an actual location now! I was able to make a same day appointment for my car to be detailed and customer service was amazing from start to finish! Daryl sent a text to introduce himself and inform me where to go when i arrived a little after the appointment was confirmed. I am horrible about taking care of my car. It's become a place to store shoes, clothes, and seemingly ever-present almost empty water bottles. These guys are super friendly and have amazing customer service. You pull around to the back of the building and are greeted by one of the staff members. My appointment was around 8:30 or 9am and for it to be so early on a saturday they were very warm and welcoming. I waited for them to detail my car which was about an hour or so which wasn't bad. The waiting area was clean and chill and they offer Nature Valley bars and water complimentary. My car was extremely clean, I only got a wipe down (which by the way is just as good as a a car wash, my car was so bright and shiny!) and an inside detailing which was extremely well done. I refer to "this guy" like he isn't someone I interacted with, like he's some distant manager of a manager of a manager of a team that even if I had an issue with the service, or perhaps a compliment, it'd never get to him. No no no, that's all wrong - "this guy" is named Justin and he runs a tight, lean mean business that is focused on one thing: YOU. Yes yes yes, you may be thinking, "well don't I want him focused on cleaning my car?" Well yes, of course you do but that all follows. If your customers are happy and your team is happy, everything else will follow and Justin is quite the leader and his team does great work. After my girlfriend got her car cleaned and gave them 5 stars, I had to see what the big deal was. I called on a Wednesday, mid day and it was a busy day for Justin, he couldn't get the appointment (which I expected but I figured I might as well take the shot). Justin was nice enough to point me toward another partner that he works with. Turns out that partner was also busy, and I'm thankful for that because I went back to Justin and he set up an appointment for me on a Friday, a very very tight squeeze. Due to this tight squeeze Justin had to be in contact with me, and that's where a lot of owners and teams fail. They just suck at communication and professionalism, yeah sure, they detail super well, they do their job (whatever it may be) very well, but their customer service sucks. Not Justin, not Eco Auto Clean. Justin was in contact with me all day on Friday, giving me consistent text message updates about how far he was and what time I should expect him. He was extremely professional but friendly the entire time and I got the sense that I could trust him to do his job well and not only that but that he actually cared. Now that's the key, not a lot of companies actually care anymore but Eco Auto Clean does. Justin busted his butt off all day and worked beside his employees but still found time to stay in touch with me and get to my place. When Justin and his team finished up my car, I was astounded. I am not from the area so was very appreciative that there is a shop to come and receive services on Fridays and Saturdays! I was flying out of town so knew I'd be in the area and made a reservation online for an interior shampoo ($85). Coming from two hours away, and getting a late start that day, I frantically called Justin to let him know I would have to reschedule because I would arrive too late. He was the most accommodating and I was able to change my appointment time for an hour later. I decided to get the interior shampoo because I had some pretty bad coffee and miscellaneous stains that made my car look pretty bad. It has been through several long car rides, including a move across the country, so has seen some rough times. Not anymore, though!! The end result looks great. Stains are mostly gone and there is a new freshness to it. Justin finished earlier than expected and was able to email me an invoice and even met me where I was (20 minutes away) to drop off the key! I've never had my car detailed. usually spend an hour or 2 just vacuuming & getting a good glow. But if you want it done professionally at your convenience give Eco a call and set up an appointment. It can be done while you nap, prepare b'fast, lunch or whatever. Its a dry detail, no H20 & if you have a power outlet be kind and let them plug in their vacuum. Justin & his compadre spent close to 2 hours coz i had a bag full of dog hair that i couldn't get out. That being said, he removed almost all of it and spent the extra time getting them. I had my wife's car to do as well but she has super sensitive sense of smell, esp with cleaning agents she didn't do them so i was stuck spending a couple of hours using chemical/fragrant free spray. that being said the guys are on schedule, do a fantastic job, reasonable rate, no h20 waste, car smells fresh for couple of weeks. I am a "car person", driving a fairly high end black sedan that I try to keep spotless. I gave Justin a try after seeing the results of colleagues who would have their cars washed by Justin every week or two in our company's parking lot. The results on my car after the first wash were amazing -- the "sheen" and water spots that had been left on my car from previous car washes were gone and the paint restored to pretty much original condition. After spilling a chocolate shake on the beige carpet mat of the car, I gave up all hope for getting it clean myself and decided to leave it to the pros. Daryl and his team at the shop on West Hospital were not only able to take the shake stain out, they were able to take out the stains in the seats that were in the car when we bought it, making it look better than when we rolled it off the pre-owned dealer lot.
