My carpet was filthy from dogs, kids, and the previous cleaner had used too much detergent and not pulled it out enough, so the carpet was holding onto deep dirt, and staining even worse. if I can give them -0 stars I would they came and they left everything the way it was. I don't know what kind of cleaning. They thought that they did but they charge me way too much for the crappy job that they did. I had to buy a scrub and mix some hydroid peroxide, Dan soap andbaking so baking soda and put to scrub everything incredible the horrible service they did. I would never do my carpet cleaning with them again nor would I ever recommend them. I know my carpet wasn't the cleanest, but it wasn't also the dirtiest and therefore for the shampooing that they did that could've taken off most of the minor stains from foot traffic . read more

I have an almost 9 year old recliner couch that was looking pretty grungy despite my regular vacuuming and previous efforts with a SpotBot. I have four cats so this couch sees a lot of paws going across it. We won't even talk about the years of humans eating and drinking on the couch and accidental spills. Walt Bush is the owner and does all of his own cleaning, which he takes seriously and clearly wants to do the best job possible. We have a lot of carpet -- and a new puppy. That means lots of messes. Walt spent about 5 hours getting every tiny stain out. He was meticulous, informative about how we can get future stains out ourselves, and very nice. Less than a week later, the urine smell in only one spot on our stair landing came back because our puppy has peed there so often. I emailed him about it and he happily came back THE NEXT DAY and took care of it -- and a new stain -- FREE OF CHARGE. This is why we support small, locally owned businesses. Walt has accountability for the success of his company, and cares about the job he does. He has cleaned our carpets three times now in the past year, and every time has been very professional, thorough, informative and very nice. Definitely exceeded my expectations I didn't even know our carpet could get so clean it's obvious he's very passionate about his work literally drove up exactly to the minute of our appointment I was surprised by how long and hard he worked making sure everything was clean and he took a lot of extra time to explain things to me also his office assistant was very kind and patient as well. There are certainly other places that cost less but I have used other places in the past even really well-known ones and had bad experiences so well worth the price which is completely reasonable for the outcome amd amout of work. This will be my third year in a row using Eco Clean Carpet Cleaning. Walt always does an excellent job and as others have noted, I like that he uses eco-friendly, non-toxic products. We have two cats, and one of them vomits. A lot. Walt gets all those stains out easily. We also foster rescue cats so once or twice a year, we have a mama cat and her litter in one of our extra bedrooms. This means lots of little accidents and often includes lots of diatomaceous earth scattered around the perimeter of the room since we inevitably attract ants with the cat food. OMG!!!! I love, love, love this company. So professional, reasonably priced and FAST. The owner Walter came out himself and did the job. He placed covers on his shoes and surveyed the job easily. He was very kind to our very old dog and cleaned up promptly. I told him that I was hesitant to hire someone new since my friend does carpet cleaning part time, but he did such a great job I might have to change my allegiance. In addition, he told us that if we saw any stains after the carpet dried that we should contact him and he would happily come out and retreat for free. Who does that? Walt arrived on time, and did an extremely thorough vacuuming of our carpet and area rugs before the steam cleaning. Eco Clean uses non-toxic Bio-Kleen and Valencia orange oil, which is so much nicer (and safer) than the nasty chemicals most companies use. Aside from that, Walt was very friendly and it was a bonus to know that his van and equipment are environmentally friendly, too. We'll definitely use him again. read more

I *just* had the carpets cleaned in my new place and I'm blown away with how awesome my experience was. Not only is Walt the coolest and nicest guy ever, but the carpets look AMAZING. Seriously, this place is an unloved rental, that hasn't seen any elbow grease in years. I'm guessing the carpets have never been cleaned before, or if they had, it was back in the early 80's. There were some major stains which I had no expectation of removing, but holy crap, I can barely see them now! Not only that, but the carpet is maybe 3-4 shades lighter than before!
