Just got my car washed there and they were so helpful and service minded. Even ended up washing the inside of my car for free! Super happy.

I requested a full interior and exterior detail and engine bay cleaning. They did not provide service agreed upon. I waited until they were finished and told me they were done so I did not interfere how they did their work. Lots of dirt everywhere did not soap or use brushes just use a lot of towels and wiping. they did not clay bar the car as was agreed and just lightly buffed the exterior did not condition or clean the leather and just wiped with a towel the engine bay was steam cleaned no brush and just a lot of conditioner sprayed but lots of dirt still. The wheels still had brake dust and dirty. They didn't do a bad job for a regular car wash but if you advertise it to be a full interior and exterior detail provide the service you described especially for the price quoted of 400 dollars. read more

Have my brand new Tesla Model Y done a full car ceramic coating at the WEHO location, It was a full day job and the guy who worked on my car was fast, finished working in 7 hrs. However, when picking up the car, I found out some long scratches on my front hood right after the bat, it took them another 30 mins to redo the work. I was in a hurry so I couldn't fully inspect the entire car after the rework. After I drove the car out of the parking garage, I checked the car outside and then found light scratches on the right rear passenger side door and also some scratches on the right front passenger door handle. Eco Mobile Detailing ruined the paint on all the trim around my Audi e-tron GT. The cleaning products they used on my vehicle stripped and damaged all the window trim paint. When I called Julian, he denied any responsibility and told me it was caused by sun damage. My car is less than a year old and has always been parked in underground parking - never in the sun. I've also had this car detailed several times before by other detailing companies and have never had this issue. The trim paint is stock, and there are no known issues with the stock trim paint. Julian would not even acknowledge that they were responsible for the damage, and further - treated me like an idiot and blamed me for the damage even after showing that I had video footage of his guys using harsh chemicals on my car. I have taken so much care for this vehicle - no scratches, no prior damage... and it has been ruined in under an hour by this company. They offered no refund, and no repair services. I'm upset and so disappointed in the service I received. I will be filing a complaint with BBB and suing for damage. Update: my insurance appraiser has confirmed damage was caused by harsh cleaning chemicals. Julian has also blocked my number and Yelp account. Proves that they're at fault and not taking any responsibility for their awful business practices. read more

These guys were the best! They showed up on time with all their supplies, using minimal water, and made my brother:s car look almost brand new! Little scrapes and scratches that I had put onto the car disappeared like magic. They cleaned and sanitized the inside of the car and the carpets and the seats and it smelled so fresh. This car looked amazing when they were finished. They are conscientious about details, I didn't have to point out anything for them to clean. As with everything, prices have gone up, and yes you could do this yourself for less, but these guys do it quickly, professionally, and put far more work into it than you would if you had half a day! So if you want the convenience of having them detail your car at your house, and having it look like you can sell it on the spot, call this company! I have been here before and never had a problem. The main guy is normally very helpful today. I dropped off my car for just a regular cleaning, and when I came back, my seats were ripped when I asked what happened and they acted like it was like that when they came in !!! It wasn't !!! When I called Julian he called the location and asked what had happened and when I tried to call back, he ignored my calls and hung up on me. There are other reviews that say the same thing about Julian's behavior and how he blocks calls and doesn't answer or take responsibility. The chemicals used on the car are very harsh and my door still had pistachio shells in it!! No one was communicative and I was basically ignored! Let me start by saying the staff was kind and I would give them 5 stars if I could. The management on the other hand...not so much. I brought my 2019 RR Evoque in to have it buffed and cleaned on 8/30. The service was $300. I was told to come back to pick my car up after 6 pm, which I did. The car was sparkling, it looked great in the very dim lighting in the garage. HOWEVER, the next day, I noticed the silver metallic of the letters of "RANGE ROVER" on the front and back of my car was peeled off. This was not there before. I promptly called them and brought my car back in to have them fix it. Management tried to tell me this was due to sun damage and that it was like that when I brought it in - Bull$hit! I live in San Francisco, NOT LA, further I park my car in a garage, nice try guys. I was in LA for work and drove. I was not budging on this. They said they had video footage, great I said, I would wait. They somehow couldn't find the footage of the front of my car, even though I pulled into to the spot directly in front of the camera. They pulled some screenshot of the back of my car that was smudged and looked like the "V" on my tailgate letter was already partially black, this was not true. After an hour+ of going back and forth, they replaced the front of my RR letters with black letters, which was fine, but the manager tried to charge me $100 for their Amazon knockoff letters! I of course said no and purchased the same product from Amazon to install later by myself. This was $15! Such a scam. I did pay for the labor of the man who installed the letters for me, he took his time and was very sweet. The reviews are accurate! Don't take your car here. LA has tons of car detailing locations. I should have listened to the reviews. If you do take your car here, record yourself dropping it off and your car! And have one of their staff members stand in the frame. The management is shady! BEWARE! I am sitting in my car, with the battery dead, after I received mobile detailing. I paid $250 for this service to be done. After the detail, when I tried to turn my car on to pick up my son from daycare, the car wouldn't start. I called Eco Mobile Detailing to discuss what could be done, and they have completely shirked any responsibility; telling me that they "don't start the car or turn it on" so how could it have been them. I said, the car wash guys left, I tried to start my car, and it didn't start. 2+2=4... they are telling me to go to auto zone and get a new battery. How could I even do this with a dead battery?? The doors were wide open during service, it was probably a simple mistake, a light left on, anything. They are several blocks away from me, they could have sent someone with jumper cables. They can earlier than expected. Their performance didn't meet their promises. I got a detail on the inside on once car and a detail on the exterior of another car. First on the inside one, they didn't even touch the trunk. Also I had a few aorta that were inside the glove compartment and when I approached the car it was on the street. Odd to me. They did well on the bottom section but completely neglected the topside of the car. The inside now smells very muggy even after a day in the sun with windows open. The outside, they said they would get the swirls out which I know it's not deep so can be done easily. But when I asked about it, he said that's not included when I can confirm on the messages that he said it will be included. He wanted to charge me an additional $100! I end up saying no and using some Amazon products I had already had and easily got rid of the swirls. The guys seems fine at first but then once done and I went to inspect the job, they give off this frustrating look and as if they are doing me a favor. I messaged them again before writing this review to talk to them to give them a chance to explain more but suddenly once they take my money they become completely absent with responding. read more

I feel that if that was a possibility of being higher, the original quote should've said $150-$230 Not maximum $170 ?? Anyways, i paid the money and he took about 2-3 hours to detail. Only for me to find my car STILL dirty. Please see photos for reference. If I'm paying $60 more than the original quoted price, it better not look like a rushed job. This is totally unacceptable since they claim they clean everything. Same day i messaged them on Yelp and told them about the car still being dirty and wanted to know why i was charged more than what i was quoted. They responded and said they could come the following day to fix the cleaning but did not respond to my question about the pricing. I told them i would not be able to the following day and if he could please provide an explanation on the pricing. I have yet to receive a response from them and they did not come and fix the cleaning either. Very unprofessional. I was hoping i could find a good company so that i could start getting my car regularly cleaned however this service was not as i expected. Initially, I was given a quote of $100 to replace and install 3 emblems on my Audi. However, upon arriving, I was told that the quote was for just one emblem. Seriously?! Eventually, they agreed to honor the original quote. The quality of the work was good, although they didn't prep the area where they were installing the new emblems to my liking (e.g., clay the area and use an alcohol isopropyl spray). I'm hesitant to consider them for a car detailing service. My impression was that they do not specialize in high-end car detailing and would be better suited for a no-frills mini detail where you're not super particular if they use top-tier products (e.g., CarPro, Gyeon, etc.), tools, and techniques. read more

Costs twice as much as other places. When I got my car, all of my stuff that had been in it was gone and the seats were still wet. Had to explain to them everything that was missing from my car and they went and found it. Glad I noticed (I wonder how much free stuff they get from forgetting to put people's stuff back in their car). It's Drove home a with my pants soaked through. The mobile car wash it self is pretty good and prices are very fair but my god, the people who do the scheduling are terrible and operating on their last brain cell. The first time they missed their 4 hour window, and never reached out to me. I was waiting for them to show up all morning. After I reached out, they told me they're 3-4 hours late. I cancelled that appointment and they showed up 3 days later completely unannounced and unscheduled. We were home fortunately so we had them wash the cars and they did a good job. Reached out to them again to come by the following Saturday. Never received any type of confirmation and a guy comes to my house on the wrong day again.
