After calling in at least five different contractors to resolve the damages left by the original company we decided to use American Eagle owned and operated by Perry Watson & his son Ryan. They were extremely organized and methodically fixed a boatload of problems. I found them to be professional and always there to answer my questions & concerns promptly. Perry was previously an Industrial Hygienist , whose experience he applies to American Eagle. All surfaces were covered with plastic and air scrubbers were used to mitigate construction debris and dust. No one else in the industry does this. In comparison, the previous company left a filthy state of horribleness that I was left to clean for weeks. American Eagle hands down would be the only company I could give a 5 star in recommending and would use again in a heartbeat.

It has taken me nearly 9 months to complete this review due to my embarrassment at being "had" for…read moreover $30,000 by this company. The representative sold me a bill of goods that has not fixed the problem that I allowed him into my home to discuss and you resolve. I have no knowledge about foundation work and this person outright misled me. After coming into my home and starting the work, the company admitted they could not do what the representative said they could do and what the contract I signed said they would do. They did not seal my crawl space, they did not reinforce a sag in my flooring structure, they placed a sump pump drain line outside the area that I requested, they left food and clothing items in my crawl space after they were done. They bullied me. The work is sloppy. And then I allowed them to come in again to sweet talk a workaround that wasn't done correctly either. Now, I will also admit that I am a Veteran and a Nurse and that my pride may cost me and prevent me from obtaining an attorney. Although after writing this, I still may. But until then, maybe I can speak out and save someone the embarrassment and expense. Sorry it took me so long to post. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY.

Couldn't recommend Lux highly enough for their integrity, professionalism, and helpfulness!…read more 3 highly recommended waterproofers assessed our home, and two recommended excavation, etc at a cost of more than $10,000. Lux Foundation Solutions recommended one thing: replace the basement door. That's it. (And they don't even do doors!) What impressed me most was that Chuck Koach, Lux's Foundation Specialist, assessed things the others didn't. He checked the walls using a moisture meter, thoroughly examined existing interior drain and sump pump systems, inspected crawl spaces for water issues, and checked inside and out for foundation concerns. I can't recommend Lux Foundation Solutions highly enough for their thorough, honest assessment and excellent advice. Kudos to Chuck Koach and Lux Foundation Solutions!

Tiger C Construction and Waterproofing company, a friendly father-son business with additional…read moreemployees, was absolutely fantastic for us. After a water main leak, our drain tile failed and our finished basement was ruined. Our house was sitting on inches of water under the foundation slab, which had no way to drain because of our dense clay dirt. On the outside, Tiger C excavated all the way down to the slab, put in a new drain tile, water-proofed the walls, re-worked our guttering, and buried it all back. This was all done without permanently removing our porch, deck, or HVAC. On the inside, they cut a trench in the concrete basement slab and installed a six inch drain line from the center of the house to the exterior. Once opened, hundreds of gallons of water gushed out for several hours. Tiger C was very hard-working, friendly, and courteous. They were conscientious of our property and our needs. Further, they warranted their work, giving us the confidence to rebuild the interior. I could not give Tiger C a stronger recommendation.
