My kitchen was supposed to be the area of focus and it's like they skipped the kitchen altogether? The floors are still dirty under my kitchen table and chairs and there's still some coffee spills next to the kitchen counter. It's obvious they failed to sweep or mop the kitchen. The most disturbing part of this is that they used my toilet bowl brushes - okay fine I guess - but somehow a piece of toilet paper ended up on the brush and it was put back that way! It was wet and disgusting! And THEN my kids bath toy mesh bag, which I leave next to the tub on a towel to dry out after bath time was moved and set ON TOP OF the toilet bowl plunger, right next to the dirty toilet bowl brush!! GROSS!!! Another bathroom wasn't cleaned fully and a glob of wet hair was left on the floor next to the toilet. I don't know where it came from but the whole bathroom feels like it needs to be recleaned. I'm so angry and frustrated. I called and complained to the owner of the company. Instead of sending out a different team to clean things, he knocked $30 off of the amount owed. Not good enough. The app allows a reoccurring tip to be given and since I was home but out of their way when they cleaned, and able to immediately see the horrible job done, I went into the app and cancelled the tip. Well, the tip got pulled out of my bank account this morning anyway. Terrible experience. Terrible handling of this. I'm so angry and frustrated. I gave the owner of the company an opportunity to resolve these issues and $30 off is his solution? What a joke. Don't use them!!

The bathrooms, however, looked hardly touched. According to the schedule provided with detailed services to be performed on this visit, more than half of the list was NOT completed. I called to talk with someone and only got excuses; "there was a new girl", "I wiped that but didn't see it", "They were having difficulty with cat hair", "I guess I didn't really look, I was helping in the kitchen". Their website states that if there are issues with the service provided, they will return the next business day to evaluate and take care if it. I was told a note would be made to my account for the bathrooms to be done again on our next clean in 2 weeks. Done again?? It wasn't done to begin with! I paid for the deep clean and definitely did NOT get the service to support the cost!!

The young lady was nice but she missed the areas I asked to be cleaned, and she took 2 hours and still wasn't complete. My list was as follows the 2 bathrooms, clean window seals, and sweep and mop areas with no carpet, also clean fridge and stove. The lady advised she didn't have a real broom very alarming. I paid my bill but I will definitely not use them again. He kept telling me how nice it looked, and how he thought it wasn't very dirty. He was in and out of the house very quickly, and we had two sets of stairs, and several rooms to clean. The carpet didn't look much better when he was done, and two months later, it looks much worse that if we hadn't had them "cleaned" at all. I was hoping the "zero residue" would prevent this, but it turns out the only difference is that they use purified water. We are going to have to hire another company to come in and clean properly just to get the carpet to look as good as it did before Zerorez came out to "clean" it.

Between him and the lovely lady who called after this review was originally posted I would say they are a good quality company. Kenny was just a poor representation of the company. I will reiterate they were cost friendly. Original review- Hands down would not recommend this company especially if Kenny shows up at your door. I decided to use this service for the first time because they were reasonable on price. However Kenny the technician was over an hour an 10 minutes late for the initial show time frame. Then in addition to that he took over 5 hours to complete 3 rooms and a stair case. The guy appeared to be on some sort of drug. He claimed he was being thorough and talked the company up extensively. However the truth is he left several marks on our walls with his equipment being knocked around in addition to putting tiny holes through it in some places. In addition to that he went into rooms we asked him to stay out of looking for God knows what. The carpet was also left with some stiffness and a film which we were told wouldn't happen with the chemicals they used. Save yourself the hassle of having your whole day taken up and additional damage done to your house and choose another service.
