They never removed the vent cover to inspect the inside or to clean the inside of the ventilation system. I can stick a shop vac on the vent, why would I pay a company money to do this? I called several companies who do vent cleaning to ask what method is used to clean the vents. ALL of them remove the vent cover. When I explained what I had just paid for, there were varying comments from, "I'm sorry to hear that" to "Well, you got ripped off". Do yourself a favor, even if you have to spend a few more dollars. The technicians were on time, professional and courteous. They spent more than 3 hours getting every duct and vent cleaned out, including the drier vent.
