Called these guys based on Yelp reviews as a last minute cleaning was needed. They were able to come out the same day and were very nice to deal with. We came home from vacation to find that our "in home" dog sitter had attempted to clean up a mess from one of our dogs. Our Lab got sick from getting into the box of Nutra Grain bars. He apologized for the confusions( 2 year ago we were not satisfied with the company service and we offered the reimbursement) and offered the reimbursement again. we agreed again, and Patrick Thompson, General Manager, promised to issue and deliver the check ASAP. One month later, of course, there is no check. Honestly, we have doubt it would be sent this time either and were very surprised the company contacted us after 2 years. But decided to give it a try. We had our hallway and 2 staircases cleaned by EcoClean. The job was thorough but cost was more than expected as certain treatment for traffic areas was suggested on the stairs, but worth it. Only downside but not bad, the carpet took 2 days to dry. We also wondered why the outside edges of carpet on the front staircase was not touched on the other side of spindles. Maybe that's normal? The edges were not soiled but in need of a vacuum. Nonetheless, EcoClean did a good job. We will use them again to do our bedrooms but will be mindful of the dry time being longer than expected. read more
