Even my dog wouldn't enter the house because of the strong odor. Concerned that the odor may be a precursor to future mold or spore issues, we called Paul at EcoClean Carpet Cleaning. After assessing the situation, Paul arranged for Steve to come that afternoon to clean the carpet. Before Steve arrived he called to give me an ETA! When he arrived, he assessed the situation, confirmed with Paul and reviewed procedure with ME before he proceeded. I found this team communication impressive. Not only did he use corner protectors to keep my walls from being damaged by the equipment, he also installed a zip fabric guard at the door way to keep insects from flying into our home. After he was done, he reviewed his work and assessment on some stubborn stains. And it still keeps getting better....Not only did he give me free a bottle of carpet cleaning solution but a few shoe covers should I want to move about the room! I have used these guys twice once for a 8' x 10' area rug and another for my basement. Both issues were because of cat urine. The area rug was dropped off at their location and I picked it up. When I unrolled it i felt as if I could still smell urine. I called and spoke with Paul and they came out the next day picked up the rug cleaned it again and brought it back. When it came back it was perfect. The second time we had a cat with a UTI and once it cleared up we had them come out and they knocked it out of the park with no problem. Their prices are reasonable and cat urine is one of the hardest smells to remove and they have done a wonderful job with it. read more

Since my original review, EcoClean has come to my house on a regular basis. With a semi-messy household (cat, dog, kids = yikes), I literally rely on them to help maintain home cleanliness and sanity! They really do an outstanding job. Great machines and the stains don't come back (trust me on this, I've had them clean up the most vile things that I'd rather not type out here). Example, we adopted a dog with separation anxiety whose just had the most grotesque accidents when we leave. It's either, "hey sweet, husband.. take a look downstairs".. or, EcoClean to the rescue! One time, they even returned later in the week so they could "perfect the stairs". I've gotten to know who the crew are and they're all professional nice guys. The owner always answers the phone/calls back and appts are easy to get quickly. After service, they usually provide a little bottle of carpet cleaner that has a $20 off coupon on the back of it, fyi. read more

Really solid company! I've been using them for 3 years in 2 homes. I get my carpets professionally cleaned once a year. They are very quick to respond to emails and phone calls and they show up on time. No high pressure sales or up-sales either. They'll offer you a few things, but they'll take the time to talk you through if it's a good choice for you and how and why they have the different options (Scotchgard finish, light cleaning vs. deep cleaning rugs, etc). Up until 2017, I'd cleaned our carpeting myself - hot water only, of course. But as I got a bit older, I looked far and wide to find a company that was eco-friendly and had solid eco-friendly values to take over this job for me. EcoClean has continued to impress. When I first bought my house I had every intention to clean myself. Well I got a little over my head and luckily I had Ecoclean to help me.
