I appreciated the constant communication from the entire staff, as most places I have received services from fail to call prior to arrival, and often, fail to call back to confirm appointment times and arrangements. I received a quote over the phone, at which point they thoroughly outlined the entire process, and provided me with an exact price without the "ifs, ands, or buts". Their technicians called me 30 minutes before their arrival, showed up on time, and got in touch with me an hour prior to the job being completed so I could meet them. When I had questions, or certain areas of concern, their team members had answers and even better, solutions! Just had EcoClean here today and I am very happy. I chose them because my son is allergic to dogs and the home we just purchased here in Naperville used to have 3 dogs living in it. They really focused on removing as much dog hair and skin dander as they could. They started by doing a dry extraction with their HEPA filter vacuum and then did their hot water extraction with their powerful truckmounted machines. Everything turned out great, they did a great job of explaining everything over the phone and then the gentlemen who showed up to do the cleaning were extremely nice and professional. The cleaning took about 2 hours and everything was dry in about 6 hours even with the high humidity. I wanted to wait until the carpets dried to see if any of the stains reappeared and they did not! Waking up to see your basement has flooded is not something people look forward to, to say the least. If it ever happens again, I'm glad I know who to call. I called up EcoClean and they came by within two hours to give me a free estimate. They used their thermal camera and moisture sensing equipment to find out exactly what got effected and what had to be done to dry it out. They prepared an exact quote within 20 minutes of arriving which was about half of what I was charged last time this happened. I signed off on the work and they started drying everything right away. 48 hours later everything was done and my basement looks like nothing ever happened. They even cleaned the carpet down there for free so it actually looks better then before. Overall the experience was stressful but they were great to work with and made it as smooth as possible. I am so pleased with the whole experience! I requested a quote online, and then called after maybe 4 minutes because I've never used Yelp so I didn't know what to expect. Someone named Paul answered and I started to say my name, and they knew exactly who I was because they were already replying to my request. WITHIN MINUTES! They were so nice and helpful on the phone. I needed them to get me in super last minute and they did with no problem! Maeson was the technician who came out and he did such a great job! I can not express how happy I am with this company. They have definitely met and exceeded my expectations! I have 4 kids and they are always spilling and dropping things it can be hard to keep up with. I own a bissell carpet cleaning machine but it does not even compare to the power of EcoClean. I tried to remove a spill from my youngest child for over two hours yesterday with no luck, it took them about five minutes lol. I wish I had just called them as soon as it happened instead of wasting my time. Excellent results, excellent customer service, very polite staff equals one happy customer! Went to drop off my area rugs at Koshgarian in downtown Naperville only to discover that they have gone out of business. I did a quick Yelp search and found EcoClean. After reading all the great reviews I decided they could be trusted with my fine rugs. After talking with the owner over the phone he explained that they actually do a lot more with rugs then koshgarian did. Apparently they dust the rugs with their dusting machine, then shampoo, scrub, rinse and flush everything out. They're the only company in town that hand washes rugs and also the only company that guarantees pet urine removal which is a big selling point for me because I have pets that don't always make it outside. I was very impressed with everything, as you can probably tell, and I'll be dropping more rugs off soon! read more

I've spot cleaned and vaccuum at least once a week but with two young children who sneak food and juices into their bedrooms, the carpet in their rooms looked AWFUL! I recently hired EcoClean for a carpet cleaning at my home, and I was extremely disappointed with the entire experience. My appointment was scheduled for 11 AM, but the team didn't bother to show up until 1:34 PM. They attributed their delay to a tire leaking air, which felt like a flimsy excuse. The complete lack of communication about their tardiness was unacceptable. To add insult to injury, when they finally arrived, one of the staff members was incredibly rude, bluntly asking, "Do you want the cleaning or not?" I expected much better from a company with such a supposedly good reputation. I have used 3 or 4 cleaning services in the past and no one has met my expectations...the other cleaning companies have always left me disappointed. EcoClean did an amazing job! Jamie and Laura showed up on time and did an extremely thorough job in a very reasonable amount of time. Just had the guys at EcoClean finish up their work in my house today and I had to come on here and thank them. Got some water in my basement from the storm about two weeks ago and the whole place was soaked and musty. They dried everything out so we wouldn't have to replace the drywall or the carpets. They extracted the water, pulled up the carpet and replaced the pad. A few days later they returned to sanitize and clean the carpets. They left today and everything is dry, the smell is gone and everything is back the way it was. These guys were great! I had a washing machine overflow that trickled through the floor raining through the ceiling below. 2 weeks later I found EcoClean online, called and had a technician out in less than 24 hours. The technician, John, showed up on-time and assessed the situation. He showed and explained the various tools he was using and why. Also explaining what normal moisture reading ranges were. While luckily there was no longer moisture detected or any recommended steps to be taken, I would have fully trusted EcoClean to take care of fixing any problems if there had been any. I had some trouble with my husky when I was first house training him and had some pee stains in the carpet. Along with mountains of hair that was extremely difficult to get up just by sweeping. EcoClean gave me a good estimate on how much and how long it would take to get the carpets clean all over the phone. The estimate was much cheaper than some of the other places I looked at so I decided to give them the go ahead. I'm glad I did the house feels so much cleaner and the carpet looks amazing. Carpeting, upholstery and stairway cleaning that got out stains from my elderly mother's home that I thought were impossible to remove. Just moved and we decided to have the carpets cleaned on our way out as a gift to the new homeowners. The guys who came to clean my carpets were very presentable, nice gentlemen. They were very nice and I definitely felt safe being in the home alone with them. I didn't stay to see how the work turned out, I just paid and left, but the new homeowners personally reached out to me to thank me for getting the carpets cleaned. They said they look brand new and have decided NOT to have them replaced. They were very grateful they didn't have to spend $9000 to replace the carpets. Steve came and cleaned our carpeting, and it looks phenomenal! He was so friendly and accommodating, and made me highly recommendational of EcoClean. He moved and cleaned under almost all of our furniture (with the exception of what I told him not to bother moving), he worked efficiently and did an excellent job, and he was great with my two year old who I was worried would make his job difficult. My carpets look brand new, and I am so thrilled! Yesterday i had my couches and carpets cleaned. my couches were so badly stained i couldnt even remember what color they originally were. I have to say they look fantastic. the guys at Ecoclean came on time and acted very professional and were very nice. They got got all the terrible stains out of couches and carpets from the new baby.
