I went with Ecodry because they had some good reviews and are a local small business. My family and I love to support small business. We recently moved to a new home and the carpet needed some cleaning. I was at work while they were cleaning, so I couldn't closely monitor what they were doing. After I got off work, I noticed the carpet looked exactly the same as before they came. There were a bunch of cleaning agent residue left on the carpet as shown in the picture. The stains that I hoped would be removed were still all there. I am very disappointed in their service. This service is more expensive than usual because it's dry cleaning instead of waiting for the carpet to dry for hours, which I'm willing to pay to eliminate the stains. I just moved into my new home and the carpets need to be cleaned. The stains returned a little over a month later. I called them back to let them know and they told me it would be additional money. No, no. The job should have been done right the first time. The owner who I spoke with over the phone told me that the service man should have applied additional chemicals to fight more stubborn stains. Well, then come back and re do it. He told me only for a cost. Like I said earlier. I don't mind paying more for a better job. I paid a lot for nothing. Austin came to my home in Henderson, to clean my wool moroccan rugs. He is a really nice guy and did a great job cleaning my rugs with an emzyne foam product lemon scented. Before he came by, I mistakenly tried to hand wash with water and that made the wool rug smell like camel piss, due to the moroccan wool, lol. Austin seemed nice and knowledgeable. He promised he'd work till the job got done. We really enjoyed our up-front interaction and so we hired him, with the assurance by him that he would ensure our rugs got cleaned, even if it took multiple trips. Well, simply put, he did a terrible job. The rugs looked as dirty after he worked on them as before. He promised to come back, but then wouldn't. Whatever chemical he uses, discolored our new sectional. It wasn't even dirty, we just had him do it as a whole house touch up, now it is discolored. He won't call us back. He won't come back. He took charged $340 to our credit card and won't return our calls. Really too bad. I was hopeful that he was a trust-worthy business owner but he's turned out to be a fraud. We are starting to spread the word and filed a case against him. In the pics, we showed him how we did a clean stripe through the dirty mess he left. We called them out to clean 4 rooms in our office. They quoted us $190.00 which we thought was fair. The guys came out and did the job on a Friday and by Monday all the stains they supposedly took out had returned. (see photos) When I called them back (talked to RIch) they said they would gladly come out and redo the job. I was happy, we scheduled the appointment for 1pm on Friday (today). We are a busy Real Estate office and have to schedule out when the cleaning is going on due to the severe smell and noise, so we did this. When 1 pm came around and all of us are waiting and have moved everything out of the offices we hear nothing. No Call no show!!! So we call and the man (Rich) on the other end states that he called and left a message to the fact that he was not coming out and my broker told them our carpet was ruined and he did not want another cleaning last week when they were here, which he never stated. He then said he would send out a guy to us in 1 hour. Never showed ! I just got off the phone with the most unprofessional person ever (Rich) he wanted to play the he said she said game. My tech spent 4 hours when it should of only been 1 hour and your carpet was black and it is just ruined. And that it had not been cleaned in years. Not the case we clean it every 6 months and I personally cleaned it the last time myself. After arguing with this guy about the terrible job they did and the guy telling me I should offer him some more money to come back out to redo the bad job his tech did, I just refused to do business with them ever again. These guys are not professional nor are they good at what they do. He also said he would retaliate with a fake yelp add against our company when all we did was hire a company to do a job and they did it inefficiently. I'm giving 3 stars because the customer srvice was good. We were able to schedule apptmt within a few days of the weekend. I got the carpets done a lil over a month ago and the carpets were left clean. but i didn't expect the carpet to be so stiff a month later and I've vacuumed it several times. The carpet is not only stiff but my husband and I have noticed our feet are drier than ever. We always walk around barefoot and didnt have a problem with feet cracking or dry feet.. and i will have to relate this to the solution they apply on the carpet which acts as a sponge to soak up dirt and grime.. This wouldn't have been a problem if the service guy would've vacuumed it up completely. So we're hiring another company my sister uses because he leaves the carpets super soft and clean. read more

This place gets two thumbs up from me! The customer service I have received from Ecodry has been phenomenal. My sister who is very picky turned me on to this company because she was very impressed. On the day of my carpet cleaning they showed up early which was awesome because I had things to do. The gentlemen that cleaned my carpets was personable, knowledgeable and professional. I will definitely be utilizing Ecodry for now on. Additionally, I live in a rental property and misplaced my receipt from Ecodry back in April. I called today to see if they could help me replace the receipt so I could give it to my property managers and they were more than happy to help. The young man who did my carpets told me that you don't have to vacuum the carpets before you clean them! Then he went on to tell me that his brother had the vacuum when in fact it was in the van but he was too lazy to vacuum first. I was selling my dad's house in Henderson, NV. The carpet was filthy. At home in Seattle I use Host to clean an office building lobby that I own. I chose Ecodry because they use Host for cleaning. They have a top of the line Host cleaning machine and they did a great job. Host does a better job than any truck mounted carpet cleaner. read more

I accidentally called ecodry carpet cleaning after I found a similar place on groupon and boy was I lucky to stumble upon this place. I was able to make an appointment pretty quickly (no hassle) and waited for the date to do the carpet cleaning. The cleaner arrived kind of late but he was very apologetic and it was because the previous client surprised him with more work. He even threw in a free service (yay for me!). It only took an hour and a half to clean 3 rooms and a loft and a staircase. The floor wasn't even wet and he took out all the stains (pretty surprising considering how it's dry cleaning with eco friendly products). My son decided to use this company instead of our usual one as they were booked up till end of July. The carpets had a lot of debris left and the man that was here in my home was asked when done if he could re vacume the house as it was nasty and felt like sand on the floor. The man came back into our home upset and was cursing to where my grandkids could hear it and we then told him to leave as we don't do that in our house. When my wife called rick on the phone and told him he was very decent she stated and agreed to refund our money as the floors were gritty and the service was crap. Her and my son drove to his apartment where he runs his business and the owner rick and my wife were talking and then the same guy came out 3 times and started to talk trash to her. So I left a bad review on Google and this man rick called me trying to play telephone tuff guy and I hung up on him then he called back and I told him I have nothing to say except that the service is not acceptable and to stop calling me. Then he post that my wife told him we could not afford the service and we're looking for a free carpet cleaning. That was never said seeing that my son paid for it as a gift to us. This man lies and the company is shady. I would never use him again. I would rather pay top dollar where respect is used. This guy is a joke and at the end of the second call when I asked him what I could do for him he simply said remove my rewire of his business. I said no it is the truth and to not call me again. I love this form of carpet cleaning, but I will never do business with this owner ever again. We booked a carpet cleaning 3 weeks in advance. On the day we were supposed to have our carpets cleaned, we removed all furniture and obstacles to make the carpet cleaning process easier. As the time of arrival came and went, we kept calling to see when someone was coming. When I made the final call of the day at 4:00, the business owner told me that his worker just called him and told him that he was in an accident and on the way to the hospital. So, he told me that they would try to squeeze us in at the 3:00 the next day. We called at noon the next day and were told someone would be at our house at 3:00. After 3:00 came and went, we kept trying to call, but no one would answer. So, by this point, our house has been in complete disarray waiting for someone to clean our carpets. We waited for the owner to call us and reschedule, but 3 days later, we had as yet to receive a call. In the meantime, we used a person that works indirectly for the owner, and he informed us that nobody was in a car accident. The fact that the owner lied to us about that and never returned our call to reschedule warranted a report to the BBB, in my opinion. read more

The technician spent more time trying to sell me his "drinkable" cleaner, than cleaning the 2 carpets. If my 5 year old drinks cleaners, I have parenting problems! There is a fine saw dust/ sand like substance all over my house, and in between the boards of the wood floors. I never have had to clean 2,000 square feet of floors after a carpet cleaner came in. The carpet looked great for a couple of days, a week later, my realtor is referring me a carpet cleaner. The appointment was easy to get, and the quote was $100, which actually cost $160.
