Darnell spent an entire afternoon trying to get the floors right, but the residue was pretty tough in spots. He went the extra yard to go buy special cleaning solution too, but unfortunately that didn't get it all either. After he was done he immediately updated me and let me know it was much better but not up to his standards and that he would still honor his 100% satisfaction guarantee. My wife went by the next day to look and said although it wasn't all the way off, it was still much better and that he had done a great job.
