Just wanted to give a second review after using this company for 6 months. I'm am still impressed with the all around service we get. 1) They send an email reminder which day they are coming. If you would like a smaller window of arrival- just let them let. Instead of the whole day, I have received a 2 hour window- and they DO show up during that time frame. 2) Paying the bill is so convenient. They send an invoice online & I can pay with my credit card. 3) Their referral program- I did refer a friend and the credit was on on next bill! I didn't have to call to remind them. We moved into a house in Henderson and a few days after moving in we started seeing a few scorpions inside the house and many in the backyard as the house was empty for half a year before we moved in. We immediately started contacting many pest controls on yelp but ecogen was the only one to quickly reach out and give us a call. Came out the first time, set up bug traps in the garage, sprayed outside, left. Didn't spray the garage or inside. My wife wasn't happy so we called them back to come out and spray the inside of the house. Tech said he'd be there between 1-3pm. He did get there at 1:30. Cool. The tech inside, half butt sprayed the kitchen and by the front door, then he left. Didn't spray the garage or get the old bug traps out. Later we see a receipt on our account page of all the things he did (and the list was long), but on the invoice it says he was there for around 2 min. That wasn't cool. *update I added 2 more stars because Phil has reached out to us wanting to start fresh and correct any mistakes from the last visit. To be completely honest I picked them because they had the most reviews. The communication wasn't the best at first but t did get a LOT better! I was ghosted by the first technician. I get vehicle issues happen but not to reach out to me to let me know was disappointing and annoying. The Window of service came and went without any communication from them, so I reached out to them and they sent me a new technician a couple of minutes after my initial appointment window. The technician who showed up was really good, professional, and knowledgeable he gave me a bunch of information and walked me around showing me what treatments and chemicals they use and why and how it affects the pest. He really saved them from a one-and-done time use. If I could remember the tech's name I would shout him out. I set up monthly treatments. read more

I have been experiencing an infestation of German cockroaches in my apartment and management won't do anything but spray and the company they used says it only requiring basic treatment, which is spray only. At my wits end, I called EcoGen and spoke to Phil. Although he could not help me because it is an apartment and I have shared walls, he explained to me that it wouldn't be useful for me to hire his company because the entire building needs to be treated, not just my unit. He did provide me with other alternatives until I can make moves to get out of my unit and he was very patent with me. I appreciated how he spent time answering my questions and he was very understanding and supportive as well as not just taking my money because he could like some other companies do. This company is very honest and ethical! If I ever move into a house or a non shared wall unit, I will be hiring him to take care of any pest needs. read more

I've been with Ecogen Since 2020. I utilize their Services Every other Month ( 60 Day Plan ) They always say that I don't need to be home for them to do the service. But, I prefer to be home each and every time. Call me Old Fashioned ! I always request the same Pest Tech . That way he is always already up to speed and on the same page as I am, and continues doing things the way we both understand and suit my personal needs. Sticking with the same tech works well for me !!! My Tech is very accommodating and has a great Personality too. You know who you are dude ! From the moment I reached out via Yelp to request a quote, Phil was surprisingly responsive and thorough. He answered all my questions and provided me information on the treatments to address my concerns. He was able to get a service technician out to my home the same day! In the evening, after the service, he even texted me to follow up on how everything went. Outstanding customer service. Don't waste your time reaching out to other pest control companies, I reached out to a few others, and Phil was definitely the most professional and responsive. We opted for the quarterly plan which is about $90 every 3 months and this service works great for us. Andy is the usual service technician that comes to our house, and every time we see him he is smiling and very kind. I reached out to Ecogen pest control to come to my house to get rid of some black widow spiders when I noticed them on Wednesday at 10:30 PM. They were able to come out to my house the following day, with an extremely experienced and very kind exterminator. He reassured me that not only the spiders, but all bugs and rodents will be taken care of on my property.
