We got scheduling done over text and before I know it, Evan was at my door. Evan was seriously the friendliest and made me feel so comfortable about the whole process, including coming inside my home with my crazy dogs. Since moving to Neveda, EcoGen has been a very friendly company. I did not realize the magnitude of bugs were so extreme in the Las Vegas/Henderson Neveda area. He takes the time to address your concerns regarding the type of bugs your complaint is about. Well...I came here thinking I was gonna help EcoGen Pest control and leave a 5 star review. Turns out....they need no help. They already have a ton of 5 star reviews. And rightfully so. This company is stellar. I do not use that word lightly. First....the dark creatures (also known as insects) are kept at bay. They guarantee their work and have come out to my house more than once in between scheduled sprays to ease my mind. LOVE THAT. Because I HATE bugs. And even when I'm paranoid Eco-Gen Pest comes out and eases my mind. So there's that. Bless you Eco-Gen Pest. Second....all the employees I have encountered at Eco-Gen Pest are amazing but Michelle and Andy stand out. Michelle keeps constant communication with billing and service. Contacted them Saturday and was able to get someone out Monday. Evan was very friendly and explained the whole extermination process, including the 5 layer barrier protection. Love that the inside spray is safe for pets/humans. Even put traps in garage and found that the cockroaches were coming from a nearby irrigation box. They'll be back again in a month & then it'll be every other month. Finally, the price was perfect with $35 for initial and then $70 for every other treatment. So glad that I found them! read more

It all started in the summer (and happens EVERY summer). Giant cockroaches find their way into my bathrooms as soon as the weather starts getting nice. I call them monsters, they call them water bugs. Last summer was particularly bad with the critters becoming braver and scurrying out from under the bathroom door and into my bedroom. Noooooo I contacted a few companies here on Yelp and EcoGen was a great price and had what I needed. They're family owned and their products are safe around pets and kids. I opted for the quarterly plan. Each time they arrive they ask me specifically what pests I am seeing so they can customize the treatment to the bugs and areas that I need it the most. I get an email the week before to remind me of my appointment and reschedule or narrow down the time frame if I need to. Everyone has been so respectful and accommodating, and best of all I haven't seen any bugs in MONTHS. After the first spray I did have a bunch of ants find their way into my kitchen, but when I let them know they had someone out the next day to spray that area again at no charge. They came back about a month after the first spray and I asked them to go into my bathroom and let me know if there were roaches in there (I kept that room SEALED CLOSED for a month). He was nice enough to clear all the dead critters out of there for me so I didn't have to see the grossness which was much appreciated.
