I'm so confused by this business. They were great for a couple of years and then they just started showing up at our residence with no window time frame and no appt!!! I literally fired them a month ago and they showed up today unannounced and woke my child and dogs. I am always very impressed with this company. I had initially called when we were doing our own spraying but found a scorpion. They came out the following day to take care of us. They followed up and continue to do that a couple years later. Someone always answers the phone when we call or they will get back to us in a timely manner. We thought we found termites brought in from the storms and they sent their termite specialist right out that day. The guys that come to our house are always friendly and if they don't know an answer they will find it for you. They text before an appointment and ask if they can come on a certain day/time. We don't see many issues since we have been using this company and I really do highly recommend them. read more

I was excited to have someone deal with my pest control instead of me having to do it. The first service was good. A month later for the next service we started seeing more bugs both inside and outside. I've spoken to both owners regarding the situation and promised they would take care of me. Bugs are 100 times worse and never revived the follow up call or appointment as promised. The owners even promised to come out and look at it for themselves. They've never came. this company is the worst. do not use them. i had a bug guy for 25 years in my other house and i never had a problem. this company does a terrible job with whatever they use. bugs everywhere outside at a new house. i called to cancel the contract and they argued and argued about why i was cancelling. they said that i would receive a credit on my credit card immediately and i have not so i called the credit card company and it is in dispute. do not ever give them a credit card for automatic billing. you will never see a credit from them. they sweet talk you on the phone. THEY ARE AWFUL. BEWARE. i paid for bi monthly service and after 2 weeks there were still the same bugs. they asked to come and retreat and i allowed them in but we wanted the contract cancelled even before the retreat. a backpack bug guy is the way to go. that is what i always had and it worked. read more
