We upgraded to billet engine mounted fuel housing and added a beefy drag link and new stabilizer shock, and alignment. Differential service and tire rotation. The truck drives better than new. Same day service was great for my schedule. Last visit was for tires, great prices and experience then as well! I will be trading with them only from now on. Called Friday after I put my wheel spacers on and the tires were rubbing badly and he was like I will be in the shop for a few hours Tomorrow (not open on Saturdays) bring it by. So I did and he got me right in trimmed what metal and inner fender that needed to be trimmed and I was on my way. Super nice guy. I enjoyed working with Tristyn and the whole team at Xclusive Truck Kustoms. Tristyn put together a fantastic full Icon suspension upgrade to my Ford Tremor and nice wheels and tires to match. They even went above and beyond and adjusted my trailer hitch since my truck rides higher, and because of my tight schedule, they brought the truck to my house after working late hours to complete the job! My truck ride is better than ever, both on and off the road. We had a few follow-up items, but nothing I wouldn't expect, and they were terrific to work with the entire time. I took my 2016 F150 4x4 CrewCab to the team at Xclusive Truck Kustoms for new tires, BDS/FOX 6" lift and to repowder coating of my front and rear Ranch Hand bumpers. The team did an excellent job, but when I left, I noticed significant road noise and vibration after the install. In turns out, I had a bad actuator, both left and right wheel/hub assemblies and a leak in the vacuum hose assembly; NONE of which was due to the work Xclusive did but a preexisting condition. It just so happens that with the new tires and suspension, the preexisting issues became evident. I say all this because the guys were spot on in their diagnosis of the problem and how to fix it! They NAILED it; NO more noise or vibration! They took the time to send me a video of one of the issues and saved the bad part for me to see on the other. The owner is young, the team is young, but their commitment to their trade is second to none. They are professional, HONEST, courteous, and responsive. They charge a fair price for work performed. My truck won't be going anywhere else in the future, for either custom work or mechanical issues. 5 STARS fellas; Well done! I was a first-time customer. The only downside here, is that now, I will end up spending more money customizing with these guys. LOL read more

Sharing for the SAFETY of your family and friends, that might modify their rides, and all of us on the road with them. These guys may be less expensive, but you pay for what you get! My husband used them for his Jeep lift and walked away with a road hazard. He was hoping to help a local entrepreneur out, but was lied too and left with brake lines that were not operational, just one of the issues. They do not stand behind anything they do. They will not fix issues or return calls. They will offer to let you wait until it's convenient for them to re-work, and let you buy items they "lost" or break, with no concern for your safety or time. Please do not use these guys, or if you do, get the work checked to make sure you are not driving a road hazard. Lesson learned, and another $2,000 out of pocket,(original cost was 2,500 - almost double) we now gave a safe vehicle. read more

The kind where you walk away and think wow, there really are still genuinely good people who help others just for the sake of helping others! GENUINELY GOOD PEOPLE!! Much, much more than just a business but completely outstanding and upstanding individuals. I met Shane by complete chance! Specifically, in a parking lot with a flat tire on a freezing, windy rainy day in Texas. Which if you're a Texan you know that weather is rare! It's when we all stay inside and half of Dallas shuts down. It's certainly not the kind of day that welcomes 2 guys to stand out in the cold for hours helping someone they owe nothing to but that's exactly what Shane and his friend did. I actually tried to wave them on when they offered help. After quickly explaining the issue and letting them know I had someone running to get the tools needed, Shane said the plan wasn't going to work and they got out to help. He was absolutely correct and now I know he was kind enough to not only tell me, but stay knowing exactly what was in store for him and his friend (can't believe I didn't get his friends name)! Two hours, multiple trips to the parts store, multiple trips to the Lexus dealership by another kind stranger, lots of physical labor, man power, engineering, brainstorming. He had me on my way. LEXUS FAILED TWICE at their attempt to fit the lock nut, 4 firefighters failed and removing the locknut and stripped the special lock key, Shane and friend used their WEALTH OF KNOWLEDGE AND HARD WORK to help a complete stranger! No money was exchanged, he wasn't obligated to help me, there's literally no reason other than kindness for him to spend 2 hours, time, money and energy, helping a completely stranger for nothing in return! These guys not only WORK HARD AND KNOW THEIR SHIT but they are GOOD PEOPLE, REALLY REALLY REALLY GOOD HUMANS! That's hard to come by anymore! That's why I will highly recommend you check out Xclusive, I've never felt more comfortable leaving my truck with someone and when I get her back, it's always a job well done. The staff and the owner are knowledgeable and awesome. The diesel tech here is one of the reasons I couldnt recommend a better shop to you though.Nick is incredibly well educated with diesels. I have a 2003 f-250 6.0L, which is known for its numerous issues and he hasn't hesitated to provide advice and suggestions. He's very much unlike any other, he knew exactly what to do every time, even when my truck broke down and I had to drag it to the nearest shop at the moment (I regret not paying the tow truck extra to take it to xclusive) , Nick was very helpful and informative through out my horrible experience with the other shop.
