I took my car here because they worked on another vehicle I had many years ago and it honestly wasn't a question for me to take it there. (Not the same location though). From the very beginning they were so careful with my car, keeping me informed, letting me process all the things, taking my calls. I ended up having to bring it back because I was hearing a squeaking noise when I turned and could feel it in my steering wheel. They couldn't really see anything wrong so they did try to tighten parts etc but I did end up having to come back because I still heard the noise. They took my car back immediately, paid for a rental so I could still go about my day-to-day, and didn't even give me any flack or issues about whether or not it would cover under the lifetime warranty I have through them. They noticed an issue that wasn't even something they touched but still fixed it at no cost to me and even showed me what it was so I could get the other side fixed. I didn't even know my warranty through Volkswagen was about to be up and they graciously told me so I could get the other side fixed and not have to pay for it. I took my car to Volkswagen. Even though they weren't involved, Caliber still answered my calls, questions, and corresponded with my service advisor at Volkswagen. I went through so many twists and turns with Volkswagen warranty department, my insurance, new issues arising with my car, and feeling like I was getting nowhere. But Caliber always was there to help me through it and tried to figure out a way to help get my car back. Just this week I called them after a month with no communication and they remembered me and my issues I had and even offered to get on a call with Volkswagen as kind of like a support. They literally covered the issue under their warranty and I know for certain they didn't have to. I've been so lucky to have Michael & Cody work with me because it's been so stressful. I still don't have my car from Volkswagen but we're on the home stretch and I know for a fact that if anything else does come up, I can call Michael or Cody up and they would help me immediately. Tanya at reception is such a delight too! She was welcoming and pleasant each time I walked in the door. When you're an emotional mess and love your vehicle like it was a child, you want someone to rely on and help you. This was me. This was them. Caliber is excellent!

They gave me a two-hour window for their arrival and showed up 15 minutes into that window. The whole job, including some preexistent scuffing on the side of the bumper, took about two hours, all done in my driveway. The color match and finish is impeccable and the price is less than a third of what a body shop would have cost me, not counting leaving the vehicle and having to get a rental while they did it. Multiple, convenient ways to pay. Cannot say enough good about this business (I almost want to call it a service), and Shannon who came and did all the work. Top notch, down-to-earth good neighbors. The last time I dealt with them was several years ago when my vehicle was hit while parked at a store. Last month I brought it in as they are the preferred vendor for my insurance company. I had really great interactions with Jade, especially when I was needing to schedule my initial drop off. It was late on a Friday and I was working a double on Monday when they initially told me to bring it in. They allowed me to do an early drop off and had the paperwork ready, even though I offered to do it via email on Monday. The shop also coordinates with Enterprise directly which makes the drop off of a rental super easy! My personal hero from this situation was Cope! His communication skills are top notch. I felt listened to and that my best interest was taken into account. He also took the time to make sure I understood the process and when to expect updates. Honestly he did a better job of keeping me informed than my insurance company did. I wish I could give him 7 stars! I highly recommend!

I live in Cedar Hill, so I wanted to fix my car somewhere near to where I live, but they didn't want me to take my car away from them and begged me to leave the car with them because the county didn't give them a lot of cars. They told me that they were gonna put a used part because they supposedly they were not able to find it new; however, I don't know which part is used because they didn't show it to me, they just called me to say that they were gonna put a used part. They took a whole month to fix my car and told me more than three times that my car was done and once I was going to pick it up, they said that it wasn't done and come back the next day. On June, I noticed that the paint of my car's trunk started to come out. On August, I called them to see if they were gonna be able to fix it, they said to go to them so that they can check it. Once I arrived to them, they checked it and said they were gonna give me a rental car, fix it for free and that they were going to take maximum four days to fix it. However, they were not able to fix it that day, so I needed to go back in two weeks so that they can fix because they were already behind with other cars. I went back on August 22, they gave me the rental car and said they were gonna call me the next day so that I can pick it up the day after (in total I was gonna have the rental car for three days). On the same August 22, they called me to say that the car had a bump and that they were not gonna fix it for free anymore, we had a fight on the phone and told me that I needed to give the rental car back that same day or I was gonna pay the extra days. Today August 24, I went to give the rental car back, and they made me pay 87.43 for the extra two days. In conclusion, my car DOESN'T have any bump. They don't want to take any responsibility of their bad work. They don't care if I call the police or the lawyer or whatever person. I even called the police today because I didn't have to pay the extra days of the rental car, and they even said bye to the police like if they were friends, so I DON'T recommend them at all.

They were the only ones who said they could do the entire car including the hood as paintless dent repair. They were also able to start within a week instead of 6-8 weeks by the other body shops. My car looks brand new again. My husband and I had Matt put the car under lights and went over it with a fine tooth comb. They did all they said they would and in the time they said. Easy guys to work with and I would take it there again and highly recommend them. Also Matt is a Vet and this is only one small way to support our troops! We drove all the way from Decatur and glad we did!
