We recently switched to Pest Pros to prevent bugs from coming into our home. We've used a self-spray service and worked with another service that came to our home to spray, but after learning about Pest Pros being a local, family owned company and seeing what they're doing in the community we decided to switch. So far the customer service has been friendly and efficient and we're getting into the season when ants try to start coming in so we'll be leaning on their help. I had wasps swarming around my car when I was at work and I couldn't even get in to go to lunch. They came out right away and basically swatted them away so I could get in my car and move it to a different location. I think somehow the bush I was parked next to was attracting them and then the sap on my car was also keeping them interested. They were going into the cracks in my door jam and underneath the car, so I wasn't sure if there was a nest or what but long story short Wyatt came out right away and used his hat to get rid of them lol. The response to my review is lacking and full of falsehoods. I only sent one email asking for the receipt to be clarified which was polite and nonconfrontational. The response from your office was condescending and not an appropriate response and came across as if I did not understand what was lacking in the receipt. So I sent the email I quoted in my review. I always treated your employees on a professional level at all times, and there were no other emails other than the two mentioned in my review where you falsely claim there were "several". Frank Cropper came out to our home, fully assessed our house for pest intrusion (including looking behind the fridge!), and provided our first treatment on the spot. We had a great experience with Pest Pros Pest Solutions! They were highly recommended by a family member. Zya was the most friendly, professional and kindhearted person you will ever meet. He explained everything in great detail about the services that would be provided. We were having problems with traveling roaches in our garage, mosquitoes, ants, and spiders. Our house looked like the Addams Family House because we had so many spider webs! Whenever we swept them down, they came right back. For many years, we hesitated getting extermination services. We were concerned about irritation to pets, and we worried about our grandson. He plays in the yard often, and sometimes we get a few cats that like to visit our front yard. Zya assured us the products used were pet and people friendly, and he was so knowledgeable about the products he would be using. Not only did he investigate and find the roach nests, he took down all of those creepy spider webs and treated the entire perimeter of our home. Before leaving, he assured my wife and I we were welcomed into the family, and we definitely felt the kindness of his gesture! When my wife first contacted PPPS she was in a panic. We had placed mouse sticky paper in our garage. Lo and behold, one morning when we went outside to inspect, we discovered two very large, 1-foot Alligator Lizards stuck to the sticky paper! They were still alive. My wife wouldn't get close enough to inspect. But, initially, she thought it was a snake! So, before Zya arrived, we poured olive oil over the sticky paper and poured some over the poor lizards too. Eventually, we freed them and they scurried away. Now that the pest problem has been alleviated, we no longer will be using sticky paper. We highly recommend this company.
