Last summer I had a spider problem that I was more than uncomfortable with. The final straw was when my daughter refused to sleep in her room for fear of getting a spider bite. Ecoskan not only came out and handled the problem but Sam also cleaned up webs and areas where the spiders made their home. A few months later I called them out again when I had a random ant issue. Out of the blue I had an army of ants invading my home. In my daughters room, in the laundry room, in my master, it was awful. After inspecting the exterior of my home and locating the source, Sam handled it and I haven't seen another ant or bug since. And, yet again I applaud Sam & Heather with excellent service. Saw a few ants around my back door inside jamb, and they came out, found the "ant community housing" and managed to "evict" them! I have used them for the past few years in the beginning of summer to ensure I do not have an ongoing community of ants wanting to share my living space when it gets hot. I get it, I wouldn't want to be out in the heat either, however if you're gonna inhabit my home, you are required to pay rent and utilities, or you're evicted!!! Same for the small termite family that admired my home. Sorry...no pay, no stay! All kidding aside, I cannot....repeat....cannot say enough good things about Sam and Heather. They're professional, knowledgeable and personable. I will NEVER use anyone else, and they're reasonable! Reasonable rates, quality, and consistent service is my priority and they totally nail it. And, BTW Heather, again thank you so much for your kindness!! I forgot to add that I also had them come out and check the home I co-own with my son as they found a few ants. Some tasty ant bait offerings and voila.....no more ants! Sam KNOWS his ants and other bugs. No "one size fits all" treatment. If there was an option for 10 Stars, I would still max it out! Sam and Heather are amazing! They know their stuff. We recently moved to Grand Terrace and HAD a horrible ant infestation in our rental home. They came out right away. Within the first hour of treatment I noticed a huge difference. Sam and Heather both took the time to find where the ants were coming from and applied the necessary bait to get rid of them. Heather even took the time to answer my annoying after questions on what to do if they show up other places and help remind me to be patient with the service. Our infestation was so bad that they came out a few more times to help us treat it (even one silly time I thought I found a new ant colony in my yard...but nothing was there. Dummy me). I love that they work around my work schedule and are always so professional. I work in the veterinary field and finding a company that cares about animals and kids was important. When we moved in to our apartment we noticed that there were ants and a few cockroaches and I was having trouble with my apartment complex who wanted to spray the apartment I was living in with more of the toxic solutions. My wife does not drive and she had to have the children and pets out of the house for 2 hours during my work hours. These people are truly experts. Last month our kitchen was invaded by ants. I called Ecoskan and spoke with Heather. They were going out of state for a conference the next day and they would not be able to get out to our home. Heather was kind and gave me some tips on what to do (and what not to do) about the ants immediately, and she gave me the number for another company that she thought might be able to get out to our house. I called that company, and sure enough, they were able to come out and spray. The technician told me to wait a few days and explained that we would still see ants in that time but they would go away. I waited a week before calling them again for a return visit (per their 30 day "guarantee"). I was given the runaround... So after a few more days and even more ants, I finally called Ecoskan again. I told Sam the situation. Even though it was the end of his work day he drove out to our house in Beaumont. He explained everything he was doing. He asked questions.
