They called me back right away after I filled in the contact form and were able to give me a quote (which they stuck to) and a scheduled time (which they also stuck to). They arrived on time and did a great job. They had to cut around the vents because when they painted my house they painted over the vents. I was a bit worried about this, but this was done cleanly and the paint was not chipped. Afterwards, Gabriel talked to me about my next steps, having SDGE come and inspect my furnace and to change the air filter. Decided to call G & G and it was an excellent choice ! The price they quoted me for the service was reasonable and overall I am very happy.The cleaning process went pretty smooth I must say. They showed up on time and were careful in our home. They have done an outstanding job maintaining the air system for us. They cleaned up the lint filter and cleaned the exhaust fans in the bathrooms which were nasty! I wasn't sure about the condition of the duct work so I requested video inspection so they used monitoring screen with long rods to access the ducts it was very fascinating to see the duct from the inside. In general the service guys were uniformly pleasant people and knew their stuff. You know when you are dealing with pros who are honest and trustworthy. I felt much better and relieved after the service. The vents are clean, the dryer working much better now. And just for the record - The permanent air filter is such an amazing idea. I had not intended to need so much work, but when it was found that my A/C duct system was filled with mold, they were able to replace all the ductwork in a timely, professional, and reasonably priced job. This kind of work disrupts your entire household, but they made it as smooth and easy as possible. Their installation was efficient and they showed me pictures to evaluate everything. They patched and painted all the necessary holes and cleaned up after their work. I really appreciated their courtesy and explanation about all the work. I have my air ducts and dryer ducts cleaned once a year and have tried other air duct cleaners - BUT this company is the best! Very courteous and careful in the house. Gabriel is very knowledgeable and his assistant worked hard and was very polite. They use a squid wand to clean the ducts to prevent damaging them. They were extremely careful when removing vent covers - not a scratch anywhere. I feel that they were more thorough than other air duct techs I have had in my home. I found out about G&G Indoor Air Services from an Amazon Local deal, and I am glad I did! Gil and his crew came on the earlier end of the two hour window, and they called to let me know they were on their way so I was ready. The ducts apparently had never been cleaned in my 42-year-old house, and Gil did a great job of explaining everything to me, including what he was doing, what he was finding, and what I needed to do for regular maintenance. He did offer to clean the furnace unit for an extra charge, and I took him up on it because my regular furnace maintenance plan had fallen through. When he was done, everything looked really clean. They did a good job of putting everything back and leaving the house the way they had found it. read more

I found G & G Indoor Air Services here on Yelp and decided to call them based on the reviews. I was looking to have my carpets cleaned, my ducts cleaned, and my dryer vent cleaned. My first contact with G & G was over the phone talking to Gil who returned my call quickly. Gil was very polite, professional and helpful. He took a lot of time explaining things to me over the phone so I would know what their services are like and what to expect. On the day of my appointment, technicians Gabriel and Kevin arrived early after calling me first to see if that was okay. They were very polite and professional and even though I don't have a fancy house, they treated it with a lot of care and respect. They did not leave any mess at all. Gabriel gave everything a thorough inspection and then took the time to explain to me what they would be doing and where the problem areas were in my duct system. He showed me where all the issues were so I could see for myself. I felt very comfortable that his recommendations were accurate and so I also had them clean my HVAC unit and install a flexible electrostatic filter. They also replaced my flammable and torn plastic dryer hose with an aluminum non-flammable one. After being cleaned, our ducts were also sanitized and given an anti-mold treatment. I feel like the house has been given a clean-air overhaul and I think our coughing and sneezing will be done with! Considering the amount of time they spent (4 hours), the thoroughness of their work, and their excellent customer service, the amount I spent was well worth it. My overall impression of the technicians who worked in my home today is that they were honest and hard-working and that they wanted me to be happy with their work. I will use G & G again for my yearly furnace/ac check-up. They also cleaned the carpet in house (6 areas) and it looks great! I couldn't believe some of the stains they got out! G&G are a real, true local business working hard to do "the right thing". They scheduled duct cleaning @my new place as soon as possible, called on the scheduled day ahead of time, and arrived EARLY! Gil & Bryant were very professional and attentive: I very much appreciated their authentic, polite demeanor & all of the little things they did, including wearing shoe covers and carefully using their equipment to minimize any dust/dirt on floors, and completely cleaning up before leaving. Only thing I would have liked to know in advance is that, in addition to ducts, the furnace may need to be cleaned and that there could be a need/desire/option for sanitizing in the ducts; those are an added charge. BUT there was no pressure to have those other services performed. In the end, I chose to move ahead with duct cleaning, furnace cleaning & sanitizing since this place had clearly not had any of that done since being built, decades ago. so I got really disappointed and had a bad experience with a different company that providing vent cleaning. So I figured it's about time to call somebody professional and trustful! I found G&G on yelp and they have excellent reviews plus they rated A on Angie's List ( I'm an Angie's list member) Anyway I called them and I got the impression these guys know exactly what they are talking about. They offered me different cleaning packages. So I choose the premium package. On the day of the service a crew of 2 service techs showed up and on time! They looked sharp, energized and ready to go! I really liked their attitude. Gil explained everything what are they going to do and how. I learned a lot about air quality on that day. Things that I didn't even thought about but thank god it's much better now. I wish I had called them sooner. Greatly appreciated guys! My sincere Thank you to Gilo and Bryant at G&G Indoor Services for cleaning my air ducts Wednesday, 6/15/2016, if I could I would give you 100 stars. I told Gabriel, G&G Customer Service (also a very helpful person) what great persons G&G has working for them! I have serious respiratory and esophageal health issues and was looking for an assessment of the air ducts. The duct cleaning and inspection of the motor areas showed clearly in Gilo's pictures taken of the areas, they were filthy and caked with dust and debris. If I had used the fan or heater, all the dust & particulates would have rained down everywhere in the home, it would have been a disaster. The cost of the overall job though reasonable and fair considering it took 2-1/2 hours to complete because of the magnitude of cleaning required to bring everything to a healthy place for me. I was still struggling with the overall cost because of medical/ financial reasons and living on very limited funds. Because of my health issues, the job needed to be done prior to me moving in. Gilo was very caring of my situation and offered me a discount on the overall cost because in his words he wanted to help me to be able to have use of the fan and heater and not have to do without, which I was definitely considering. I was overwhelmed and so very grateful! And, as if that wasn't enough, I had mentioned the yard in front of the home is a giant litter box for neighborhood cats with all this cat feces which is a health issue for someone immune suppressed. So what happened, Gilo and Bryant cleaned it up for me...and then during this time, I met a new neighbor and they said they will help to keep it cleaned up from then on. I'm no expert at air duct cleaning, but a member of my household was complaining of too much dust in our house and sneezing. So I looked online and saw what good reviews this company received on Yelp. Everything I read proved to be true: prompt, courteous, professional, and owner, Gabriel O., didn't give me a hard sell when he showed me my seriously old and useless air filter on the floor of my heater cupboard and the bent and hole-filled dryer vent tube behind my dryer. I was concerned when he told me the options and price range to replace these items and I wanted to go to Home Depot to buy the parts myself. Gabriel agreed that in order to save money I should do what was best for my budget. In the end, I bought the dryer vent tubing from him (for almost the same price I could have bought it myself at H.D.) and he quickly installed it. Gabriel also educated me on my best option for a filter for my heater, which I will purchase myself later. G&G also matched the Groupon price when I called them directly. If you have pets or too much dust, and haven't had your air ducts (or dryer vent!) cleaned in more than a year or two (or way longer!) consider making an appt. today with G&G ! read more
