This went on for 2 months. After the initial call they never called me back. Finally after me calling them weekly they came again to look at the floor with a representative from the manufacturer said they would see what they could do for me and call me in a few days. That was in December and I haven't heard from them.

Had them install a wood floor. First they installed the…read morewrong shade. Didn't complain about that and just refinished the older section to match the new one. The job didn't get done in one day because they didn't order enough material plus forgot the separator. So they left my unfinished floor with full adhesive. Of course it dried up. They came back a week later after I called them several times. The dried up adhesive was not scraped off before installing the remainder planks so now some parts of the floor sounds hollow! Some are squeaking. I emailed but all I got was "yes sir" and "I am requesting a work order". All these time without any update. It is now a month since they installed the floor and still have not heard from them. I am having the floor repaired by professionals and sue this company. I don't know how business can get away with things like this.

They made a mess of my floors twice before they finally got it halfway decent. The initial visit had sanded scars on the hardwood around part of my room. After bringing it to their attention they had to re-sand and try again. This time they got in a hurry and botched that up. They obviously didn't look at their work; I called home office while the crew was leaving my driveway. By then I was ready to fire them and have a competent company finish my floors. My concern was that my floors were sanded so many times that I couldn't afford keep having them come back. I spoke with the owner and was convinced they'd make it right They re-sanded my floor a third time and it turned just out okay. I received my bill later with no apologies or compensation for the mess they caused. Customer beware!
